Scooter's Coffee

Wow! This scooters has truly turned things around. They seem to genuinely care about customers. I tried an iced matcha (my fav lately) with coconut milk and hated it haha! Got back in line and confessed my daring mistake that left me hopeless (adding the coconut milk and trying iced versus blended.) She made me a new drink for free, which meant so much. All of the workers are so caring and kind, previously this was not the case and they made careless mistakes. Now everyone seems to be on the same page of truly being customer advocates!!

I was bouncing between a few local coffee shops, but the consistency of the coffee offered by the friendly staff at the Hickman location next to CarMax has become my go to! Thanks for boosting my mornings Scooter's!

This is a drive up only location. There was only one person working here when I went through at about 7:30 am on a weekday, but I was impressed at how fast the line moved. The vanilla latte was great!

I love their revolving seasonal menu and now they have a larger menu for kids!

My family and I frequent scooters regularly, we love the drinks there. The last few times we’ve gone to this location we’ve had a few issues. One of the issues being we were charged for an item we did not order/nor did we receive. When we noticed the charge, we went back to Scooters to request a refund for the item. We were advised they could not help and we would have to call corporate. This was extremely frustrating and really left us with a bad experience. I called at the start of the new week as corporate was closed on the weekend. I spoke with Denise Morgan with Loving Cup LLC, corporate for Scooters. She worked so hard to resolve the issue and went above and beyond to help us. The customer service I received from her was phenomenal. As someone who has been in customer service for 11 years, I was truly blown away by all her efforts. We are thankful to her, and it really shows how Scooters is really a top coffee shop to go to compared to their competitors. We love Scooters! ❤

Quick, friendly and tasty!
My mom has been talking this place up for a long time and I understand why. I got 3 fancy drinks, all 3 made with non dairy milk, it came to about 18 bucks... kind of pricey for what it is, but probably half the price of Starbucks. Also, they were roughly one thousand times better than Starbucks.
Employees were pleasant and upbeat!

Alexa was so sweet and made great conversation with me while I waited for my order! Coffee is fantastic as always. I have such good experiences at this location, by far my favorite! :)

First off first time. Great great customer service. lady taking my order was super nice, good attitude, had a very enthusiastic tone. When I got to the window a different employee came up and just started talking with me. Great customer service goes a long way. Oh and my coffee was super good and can't wait to try more of there beverages and want to try some of there food.

I ordered the breakfast turkey sausage burrito. It was cold out and the warm breakfast was delicious. Wow. So good.
I will definitely go again. Thank you scooters

Coffee and limited food, drive through only. They consistently get my coffee order right and have always been friendly.

Great stop for coffee anytime of day. Coffee is always fresh and full flavored. Always get a bright friendly voice when I pull up to order!

Went on a Saturday evening around 4 pm and loved the girls working! Super friendly!!! Only complaint is that they don’t have Apple Pay.

Good coffee and selection for less than the Competition! Usually short a wait. Several tasty drink selections for the Kiddo's! Convenient locations with easy access both in and out.

Try Scooters Flavor of the Day coffees. They have amazing aroma and taste with no sugary syrups and nothing added. The folks at the Hickman Scooters drive-thru are consistently quick with a coffee and a smile.

Wonderful customer service and friendly staff! The employee asked me how my day was and we had a nice conversation while waiting for my coffee. Made me feel like a valued customer!

The peanut butter blender with a shot of expresso and mocha is divine. 10/10, just remember to bring a couple dollars to tip as you cannot tip when using your card.

Better coffee than Starbucks by far Their training program must be first rate because the service is always fast and friendly.
