Kellerman's Event Center

We recently had our wedding day at Kellerman's and it was absolutely perfect! The staff was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to ensure, when the big day came, that everything went smooth and was stress free for my wife and I as well as our guests (special shoutout to Kellerman's event coordinator Kristin!! She was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and we really enjoyed working with her throughout!). We are extremely grateful for Kellerman's and all the work they put in to making our special day one to remember! We would highly recommend Kellerman's to anyone looking for a venue for their wedding day!

This review is way overdue! When my husband and I walked into Kellerman's we were greeted by Kristin and Terry at the door. We were looking for a wedding venue in the fall of this year. This was the first venue we toured and we weren't sure what to expect or what we wanted. Kristin asked us what we had in mind for our wedding - we told her we had no idea. Only a rough idea of how many guests we would have. She eased our minds letting us know that she would be as "hands on" or off as much as we wanted. Her and Terry then walked us through the venue. "Wow" is the best way to describe it. What makes it even more amazing is that Terry created everything himself. From the men's bathroom to the Austrian chocolate shop, the setting was incredible and unique. If Terry's creative view of a European street scene isn't incredible enough, Kristin's coordination is stellar. Her attention to detail and ability to read people made planning everything seamless and easy. My 9 year old daughter followed her through a couple meetings and she was so patient letting her "help". She even made sure her requested pineapple juice was on the bar menu. The vendors Kellerman's offers were fabulous. When we had an issue come up with one of our vendors outside of Kellerman's recommendations, she calmed our (my) stress and even offered to reach out to one of their preferred vendors if we needed a last minute change. Before the ceremony, she brought food and drinks to the bridal suite, making sure we all remembered to eat. During the ceremony and reception, she guided our guests, helping them with any questions. At one point someone noticed that our advice cards weren't seen by everyone, Kristin took handfuls of them to different guest tables making sure they knew about them. She was able to discretely and tactfully regulate a guest who had "overindulged" at the bar. She was warm and personable, everyone of our guests who had the pleasure of meeting her told us afterward how amazing she is. She genuinely went beyond what we could ever expect from an event coordinator. It has been 2 months since our wedding and we are still hearing from friends and family how amazing Kellerman's was. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I wouldn't hesitate. A fantastic venue to host your wedding.

We recently got married at Kellerman’s and we cannot say enough good things. From start to finish, working with them was a breeze and made our wedding planning process a lot less stressful. Kristin blew us away with her knowledge and professionalism. We could not have made it through this process without her. Our wedding guests were so impressed with the beauty and character of Kellerman’s. Choosing Kellerman’s was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made!

We held our company's annual meeting here last week. The space was perfect - we sat at round tables during the presentations and used the great smaller rooms throughout the venue for our breakout groups. The screen for our slide presentation was perfect. I loved how they tested all the technology before the event to be sure everything ran smoothly. Kristin is top notch - everything went off without a hitch. We used Donatelli's as our caterer for breakfast, lunch and appetizers for happy hour, and all the food was fantastic. This is the third event I've been to at Kellerman's - one was a wedding, one was a prom, and now a business meeting. It's a perfect spot for so many events.

We just had our wedding reception at Kellerman's event center in WBL. What a great venue. Such a beautiful and unique space. All night long our guests commented on what a cool space it was for a wedding reception. Fun, Cozy, romantic and intimate. A great space for large or small groups. And shout out to our event coordinator Kristin. She was awesome. She worked so hard and really helped me put together the details with her creative ideas. And they have a big screen if you want to have a slide show or pictures at your event. I highly recommend this venue.

We had our wedding at Kellerman's Event Center in December 2017. We couldn't be happier with our choice of venue. Everything turned out beautifully—just as we had envisioned!

Kristin, the event coordinator, was wonderful to work with. She made sure all of the details came together to make the perfect day for us. She was quick to respond to emails and messages. Clear in her communication about pricing, vendors, timeline, etc. And she made sure to go over things with us ahead of time so she could make sure everything ran smoothly without having to bother us the day of our wedding. We got multiple compliments from our wedding party as well as friends and family to say how impressed they were with her.

Our guests just loved the space (as did we 😉). They had so many good things to say about the venue as well as the owners and the event coordinator. It let us know that our guests were well taken care!

A few highlights--not only is the indoor space fantastic but there's also a lovely courtyard outside as well. They have rooms for both the groomsman and the bridesmaids to get ready and hang out before the wedding. There is plenty of free parking available. They have things like lanterns and an arch/arbor to rent. They also have a list of local vendors they recommend. We ended up using quite a few of their recommendations and all were quite good and very helpful.

One small note just to be aware of--one hour of the rental time is allotted for clean-up. Not a big deal just nice to be aware of that ahead of time.

We would definitely recommend Kellerman's Event Center!

My wife and I had our ceremony and reception at Kellerman's and I could not have dreamed it better if I tried. The setting is beautiful and made for some truly incredible pictures! I'll never forget the drinks, the dancing, the food, and the fun we had all night long. The onsite event coordinator, Kristin, is an absolutely incredible human being and made the entire process so smooth and worry-free! I cannot recommend this venue enough!

Absolutely the best place to get married!! I was a COVID bride and had my first wedding date cancelled 12 days prior and then rescheduled a total of 4 times. Kristin at Kellerman’s made this tough situation very easy and smooth. If it wasn’t for her I think I would’ve lost my mind!She not only reassured us that everything would be okay but she made the planning process enjoyable. She goes above and beyond in every detail. Kristin communicates very clearly and timely and is outstanding at what she does! Our journey started in April 2020 when we found Kellerman’s and wrapped up in July 2021 but our relationship is not over. We will continue to go back to the Alchemist to see Kristin and Terry who made our wedding so special. After our 200 person wedding we only heard such great things! Everyone loved Kellerman’s and thought it was the most beautiful place. They also mentioned how great of a flow the night had and that is all due to Kristin’s wonderful planning details and skills. I would go back and choose Kellerman’s every single time. Even though our day turned out different than planned there is not a single thing I would change about it. I would recommend Kellerman’s to every single person and I promise you- you will fall in love just as we did!!

Kellerman’s was the first venue we visited. We immediately fell in love with it as it was exactly what we envisioned. From the retro and vintage decor to the beautifully lit cafe lights. On top of that, Kristin made our visit so personalized to each of us that it was literally emotional. We visited other venues just so that we did and ultimately, there was no comparison.

Kristin made it clear from the beginning that at Kellerman’s, they are a family and it’s important for them to include us in that family. And that’s exactly what she and everyone at Kellerman’s did.

Aside from Kristin’s professionalism and expertise, she is the sweetest. No question was a dumb question to her. She helped guide us through all the many obstacles and possible scenarios that could happen. And when we got to the big day, she was exactly where she said she would be: right there with us for anything we needed.

Kellerman’s is clearly a beautiful venue but like we told Kristin on our wedding day, we chose Kellerman’s because of her. From day 1, she immediately welcomed us into the family. She showed us how much she cared for us and especially her job. She has a beautiful soul and a huge heart. We could never thank her enough.

Highly recommend! Great location- great drinks- beautiful venue. Can’t go wrong. And Kristin’s puppy is just the cherry on top!

We were fortunate enough to still have our wedding this fall and Kellerman's was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. A huge thank you to the entire Kellerman's team! Kellerman's is such a beautiful and intimate venue to be married and celebrate in. From the moment we stepped foot in here we knew it was the right place for us. Not only is the inside simply amazing ( you don't need much decor to decorate it) they have a quaint garden and a patio too. The staff here is wonderful! The owners are very down to earth and friendly. Our event coordinator was Amy and she is amazing! She was by our side as we had to postpone our wedding due to COVID-19. We rescheduled for 9/20/20 and she was with us every step. She answered all my questions and was prompt on the million emails I sent her. She also gave us peace of mind and reminded us so often what our wedding was about- our union and love. She kept us calm when we needed it and provided us with encouragement through this crazy 2020 year. On our big day she was on top of everything, we had so many people complement kellermans and Amy at what a wonderful job they all did. I wish we could replay our wedding day over and over. Words can't even come close for how much gratitude and thanks we have for Kellermans, the owners, and especially Amy!

The Kellerman's staff was top notch! We had our wedding 10/14/22 and could not have been more thankful of the choice to get married here. All night family and friends kept approaching us to say how cool and amazing the space was. They loved Kristin (The best coordinator). She kept things running smoothly, and exactly how we wanted it. Kristin gave us all the support during the planning process and was amazing to work with. We loved everything about it and so did our guests!

My son and DIL had a wonderful wedding and reception there 9/15/23. The event center is beautiful, and Kristen the event coordinator was amazing. We can’t thank you enough Kristen and bartenders for making the night amazing. I highly recommend. We also used Donatelli’s and the food was wonderful.

So you know that feeling that you get when you walk into a room? That really good feeling that makes you say "this is the one"? Just know that all of your guests experience that same feeling. As you watch them walk through the door, looking around the room, pointing and smiling and just in awe of where they are...... It's satisfying. That is what you get with Kellerman's Event Center. Rustic charm perfectly balanced with elegance. They clearly knew what they were going for when they designed and decorated this place. And it is fantastic. The open wood ceilings with exposed metal framing really shows well in the wedding pictures. They also just added a parlor downstairs, and expanded the Bridal Suite. We had 12 girls in there comfortably for the 4 hours leading up to the start of the ceremony, so I think it is safe to say that it can accommodate any size bridal party. When shopping for a wedding venue, remember that you are not only choosing a building, but the people that come with it. And these people are fantastic. When you choose Kellerman's, you get a day-of coordinator named Kristin. She is lovely, and was a complete blessing, and a joy to work with. She handled EVERYTHING for us, and worked with our other vendors directly so we didn't have to. She was able to grant every single request that we threw at her. Like I said..... A blessing. What a cool place. While making our rounds during the dinner to greet our guests at their tables, at least one person at every single table commented on what a wonderful place we chose to host our wedding. We had a lot of out of town guests at our wedding because both my wife and myself grew up in other states. We wanted to give our guests memories of a place like Kellerman's. Something they would tell their friends, family, and co-workers about. Kellerman's checks every box. Want to talk affordability? Kellerman's was right in the middle of all of the venues we toured. The bar pricing is fair. The deposit is low. And did I mention how cool this place is? Go see it for yourself. We clearly made the right choice with Kellerman's Event Center, and would recommend to anyone tying the knot. Thank you so much Kristin, Jordy, Terry, and Anne!!

I would literally never get married anywhere else! I've been in the bridal party for over 9 weddings at this point and I have never had a venue and venue coordinator so accommodating, so welcoming, so WONDERFUL! Not to mention how absolutely gorgeous and interesting the space is, we barely had to decorate and all we've heard since the wedding is how gorgeous and seamless it was. Everything was absolutely perfect, Kristen helped us in every stage to make sure we were comfortable, she was running around making everything perfect the day of with a smile on her face. All of her other vendor recommendations were spot on. There aren't words to recommend Kellerman's Event Center enough! I tell everyone, don't go anywhere else, it won't be as stress-free or magical. We were able to customize everything about the bar, have lists on specialty bottles for specific family members, and the signature cocktail made at the Alchemist was INCREDIBLE. I'm serious, get married here.

This venue provided a beautiful space and a wedding day we will remember for the rest of our lives! We got so many compliments on the coordinator, Kristin. We cannot sing her praises enough! She made the experience personal and warm while remaining very organized. We would highly recommend!

Our daughter's wedding and reception were held at Kellerman's in White Bear Lake and we can't speak highly enough of this venue and their wedding coordinator, Kristin. From the moment we first walked in for our initial tour and throughout our entire experience, Kristin met our every need...Even things we hadn't thought of! I always felt secure that we made the right choice in the venue. I could completely trust that my daughter's and her new husband's big day was going to be beautiful and IT WAS!!! Beyond the excellent service, this venue has an incredibly unique feel and look. The ceiling, brick walls, epic stairs were all a perfect backdrop. This mother of the bride highly recommends Kellermans for your wedding and reception!

If you want a stress-free wedding venue, with beautiful personality, on an adorable street, and the most AMAZING event coordinator you could imaging - Kellerman's is your place. We had our wedding and reception here in January 2023 and it was perfect. Kristin guided us through the whole planning process and kept us so on track. Her vendor suggestions were top notch. And on the big day, she helped us keep our schedule without ever making us feel rushed. We can't say enough good things!
