Helpful, clerk knew what I needed but unfortunately they didn't have it. Found it online. Will go there again.

I must say they are much more expensive than other auto places, but their warranties on parts and good customer service was well worth it. Steve the assistant manager is the BEST!!! He went above and beyond and it was appreciated!! Keep up the good work Steve!! And thanks again!

Although I know this store very well, I tested the customer service level of the sales staff. These guys are tops! They walked me to every item I needed on my list. They asked about my project then explained how the item would work.

Received excellent customer service at NAPA White Bear Lake. Saw the oil sign pop up when I was about heading out for a 6hrs drive. I stopped at NAPA White Bear and Phil, went above and beyond, by telling me the specific oil I needed to buy and helped with refilling the oil. I was completely out and was at verge of knocking my engine but had no clue. I am grateful and appreciate all the help I got. Thanks a lot Phil!

Excellent customer service! Very prompt in helping me find the right windshield wipers and helped me to get them onto my car, even threw away the old ones for me. Great experience.

Best staff when above and beyond and even helped me put in a headlight as for other experiences... were the same. I couldn't get my windshield wiper on correctly, at least one of them and one of the staff members wouldn't let me leave until he showed and helped me do it correctly! Very well done!

I’ve always been able to get help finding what I need. When I called to cancel an online order because I forgot to apply a coupon code they told me they had already applied it on their own. How awesome and unexpected!

Date of Visit: 10/18/18 approx. 11AM - HUGE THANK YOU to the Napa staff for providing us a tool to help get my wedding band out of the car dash vent! I had stopped at Burger King next door, washed my hands, placed my engagement ring and wedding band on the dash and we began to drive - next thing I knew, the wedding band slides to the windshield and down into the dash! I was devastated. THANK GOD Napa was friendly and helpful.

NAPA has helped me navigate a number of auto repairs. The staff is knowledgeable, and they do a good job of making sure you are prepared for whatever project you're working on.

Excellent place their staff is very very helpful will be back again and again I'm sure cuz I do drive a vehicle and I don't like paying prices at the dealership or for having somebody fix a windshield wiper or air filter or lights you pay twice as much to have it done and it only takes a minute to do it yourself

Work with this guy a lot I get 80% of my parts from them. The staff is awesome kind and courteous, And have a large knowledge base
