Overall I had a very good experience purchasing a car. Trip Ellis was very knowledgeable and made an effort to make every detail clear and understood. From start to finish, my experience was met with professionalism and care. My sales person Chris Daum answered all my questions on the used vehicle I came in to see and got me into some new vehicles to test drive. I wasn't pushed in one direction or another but with all the rebates and discounts, I drove out of there in a brand new Silverado still within my budget! This is my 3rd new vehicle in 5 years but my first at Walser Polar Chev. Needless to say, all my future purchases will be from here solely based on the fact I wasn't stressed out or anxious during any of my interactions with the sales and finance teams...plus I got a great price on my Chev Equinox trade in! Essence was amazing to work with. She was very knowledgeable and friendly from the start of our inquiry, to the next few days after we brought our SUV home! We have worked with many Customer Specialists over the years at several dealerships across the US and she has been the best to work with, by far! Trip Ellis is AWESOME! Buying a car from out of state is crazy! Timing and communication are key and if the sales person is not on board with you, good luck with winning that (or any) vehicle. The beautiful sequoia appeared on their lot late Friday on memorial day weekend. I called right away and met/spoke with Trip (cell) over the whole weekend, including on Sunday! We rented a car and arrived by 9am on Monday morning and Trip had the SUV waiting for us to test drive. We were on the road back to Missouri by Noon in the Sequoia. Could not have don't this without him. Walker Polar is a beautiful and well ran dealership, definitely earned trust in my book across the board! Thank you Y'all!

I initiated the purchase of my 2024 Silverado from Walser Chevrolet remotely and was connected with sales representative Lucas Kranz. He expediently took care of every detail and I flew in 3 days later and completed the transaction and picked up the vehicle. No price haggling, No "I have to talk to my manager", just a professional and seamless vehicle purchase. Lucas took time to explain every detail of the purchase and vehicle operation as well as the dealership benefits and offerings. I will definitely return to this team for future vehicle purchases.
