Burger King in Fridley, MN. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. My order was hot and perfect. I love a Whopper with cheese and Frozen drinks.

I just went there at 2:00 in the morning and ask for fresh food it was amazing it was fresh great customer service shout out to them good peeps!!! My chicken fries and fresh fries is lit! 😋

Very quick and friendly service. Sure, food was typical fast food, but it was a rather pleasant experience.

I found the floor to be very slippery when walking around inside. I had new tennis shoes on but it was very slippery. Dry floor too.
Food was really good, we had 2 whopper meals, fries were hot too. The wait for food was good, less than 2 minutes for inside dining. Drink selections are plentiful, lots of choices.

Love this place. People, food, service is always great. Regular customer!!

Stopped by the drive thru after midnight. A Lot of cars but the ordering process was quick and got my food within minutes of pulling up to the window. Service was super fast compared to the amount of cars that were there. Got my order exactly how I wanted it.

Went in this location for lunch and it was hotter inside than outside😳...It was unbearable for me just walking in to order . Imagine the poor staff and one lady was pregnant 😩. If I could give them more ⭐'s I would..
Even though the pop fountain choices were out and it was sweltering inside 😩🥴..They still pushed threw and delivered great service. 👏🏾

Was there this evening and the staff were great. Place had a very calm atmosphere. Food was hot and came in a timely manner.

Food is hot when you get it and tastes amazing!!!

I brought my little one here on a rainy day to get some food and play. He was on the verge of a meltdown when I told him that play land was closed for the day. The staff noticed and really went the extra mile to make sure that he still a great experience. The service here is phenomenal, Better than a lot of sit down restaurants I’ve visited lately.

They were very fast. I specifically ask for no pickles. Every other fast food place don't seem to get that through their head. They did it just fine. Plus, my mom is hard of hearing and they were very patient with her. I highly recommend this Burger King.

There is not much to say about Burger King itself. The burgers are always good and consistent in flavor.

The drive thru was fast and order was accurate.

What made the difference was the friendliness of the staff working the drive thru at around 4:30pm.

Their good attitude and friendliness came thru even thru the intercom. And at the delivery window. It was their extra attention that made the visit noticeable.

I just want to point out that is clearly is a great location with it being the only Berger king in the area. Long Lines are common, long wait times and odd hours are common. It’s literally roll the dice to see if they are open or not. (Strongly do not recommend the online ordering service for now) This store clearly has been hit hard by the staffing shortage. But that’s going to be a common issue for various stores and restaurants. Negative reviews of this location based on the staffing shortage I believe paint the wrong image of the restaurant. Where else can you get a whopper? Patrons of this location should be a little more mindful to the staff. Yes, sometimes it is literally two people running that restaurant. So yes, sometimes if one of those two people call in, can’t make it to work or whatever reason the store has to close. So if they mess up on your order or ask to wait for them to catch up on orders. Just keep in mind they are doing their best they can under these times where in. The amount of work put in by employees working short handed knowing there’s a line all the way to the street. Closing when they runout of pre prep work or can’t take the onslaught of angry customers that are obvious to their efforts.

So I do ask next time your at this particular location please thank the workers. They are doing the best they can during this shortage.

I went there a month ago and swore I would never go back. I stood in line for 20 minutes and when I reached the front they told me the card machine was down. I asked for some extra customer service via a comp meal. But no go. I like Burger King and usually treat myself to a whopper on Friday so I stopped in to give them another chance. Dining area was spotless. Drink/ condiment area fully stocked and spotless. Food was served quickly, order was right and the Whopper and fries were perfectly made and hot. I almost shed a tear.

It's been a long time since I last had a BK that served hot food and fresh fries since moving to MN, thanks to the crew working @5:30pm on 12/5 for making my day! It probably helped that they were busy at the drive through, but they kept the line moving fairly quick.

They got my order 100% correct in a reasonable amount of time. Front counter cashier was friendly and had good energy. They have the type of soda machine that you can add flavor to your sodas, plus they now carry "Surge" and " Surge Zero" 👍

The lady at the drive thru was awesome! She was literally running. Taking orders and bagging up food. She forgot my onion rings instead of fries and she corrected it super fast. She deserves a raise!

This place is awesome! The workers are so friendly and if they make it wrong they will redo it before they give it to you. This has been the best fast food place I have been too! They are short of staff but still get it done.
