Steve and Devon did an amazing job installing 3 of our flat screen TVs. They were very professional and asked questions about where exactly where I wanted TVs positioned and had long HDMI cables ready to go… they even left a pull string in locations for me to add a long optical cable later easily. The Texas Media Experts help set up a new WiFi networking setup within my home last fall. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and diligent. Aside from being very reasonable in terms of the estimate they provided, I was very impressed by the way they respected my home (always wearing booties and cleaning up) and how patient they were with me. I asked a lot of questions both about the work that they were doing as well as about other potential projects. Their answers were transparent and informative. I highly recommend their services.

I contacted Devon and Steve at Texas Media Experts after finally completing all of my audio & video equipment purchases for the main room in my home. I needed expert installation and calibration for this equipment that will be used for 50/50 movies & music (5.2.4) with separates and a new 85” TV on wall installation.

I had talked to a few companies, but Devon seemed to have the only practical style approach and never tried to sell me any audiophile “snake oil” solutions that you wouldn’t be able to hear the difference from.

He and Steve worked tirelessly on this project from 10AM until almost 11PM, making sure everything for this set up was just right. Did I mention that the attic temperature for the atmos installations must have been 120 degrees plus that day?! Those speakers are perfectly aligned.

Unfortunately, one of the tower speakers was defective, which they were able to rule out all other causes on a follow up visit, and I’m now in touch with the manufacturer to remedy that. I’ll follow up with the Devon and Steve for a full calibration of the system when that speaker is resolved.

I highly recommend Devon and Steven at Texas Media Experts for not only their expertise and knowledge, but for their professionalism, courtesy, and neatness.

Devon and Steve squeezed us in for 3 TV mounts with in-wall cord management right after we moved in to our new home. They did a great job, were so friendly, professional and very reasonably priced. We used Texas Media Experts to mount our 65” TV and floating console. They were responsive, reasonable, efficient, enjoyable, and did a fantastic job! Can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Steve and Devon did an outstanding job mounting my TV and speakers on my bedroom wall. They also installed a new electrical outlet and ethernet port behind the TV, providing a clean look. They were on time, wore booties and masks, professional throughout the install, and ensured I was satisfied with work once complete. They also cleaned up the work area and trash before they left. I will definitely call on them again for any future A/V install needs.

Texas Media Experts easily stands above many other companies offering similar services. I contacted four other companies and was disappointed with the interactions or didn’t feel confident about their work. Two never returned my call, one wanted almost double the price of everyone else, one didn’t sound too confident about everything I was asking for (e.g. installing a new ethernet port where the TV will be mounted) and communicated solely by text. Steve and Devon were prompt and detailed in their responses, sent formal quotes, and used an actual appointment scheduling process via email with reminders. Very organized and professional.

I just purchased a Vizio 65" inch 4k TV i wanted mounted above my fireplace in our small home. As this was my first time getting TV wall mounting services, I researched and read reviews of many local businesses and requested quotes. I heard back the same day and after sending in a few pictures, Texas Media Experts gave me a much better and fair quote than the other guys. Devon the owner is absolutely professional, courteous, and such an overall nice guy! He was so respectful of our home, wearing a mask during this pandemic, put booties(shoe coverings) on everytime he entered our home, cleaned, vacuumed the area he worked on, and wiped down our wall mounted tv like new! Since we are renting our home, I didn't want to have the wires behind the wall so Devon did a fantastic job concealing the power cable along the side with a concealer i bought from Amazon. He even went above and beyond by fixing an ugly dent on our wall he noticed...for free! I was a bit nervous at first because he came by himself but Devon is always well prepared! He has his own special jack/lift to elevate the tv for mounting. The wall mount package i had was missing a screw! Thank God Devon had a collection of screws in his bag from previous jobs that fit just right. I was so pleased with his above and beyond service, I insisted on giving him an extra gratuity! So coming from someone who's very careful choosing services, please be rest assured that Devon and the Texas Media Experts will do the best job ever mounting your TV! 5/5 stars!!!

I learned of Texas Media Experts from a friend who had recently used them. I am incredibly impressed with the quality of their workmanship and fairness of their pricing. I needed help with installing a low voltage run behind the wall and adding a 110v plug behind the TV. They were finished in no time at all. They kept my home clean throughout the installation and truly cared about the job being completed correctly. I am already speaking to these guys about coming back to network my whole home. I am very happy with their service and knowledge.

These guys did excellent work installing in-ceiling speakers and running wire through walls. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Will go to them for any future projects.

Had my 77" TV mounted yesterday. Excellent communication throughout. Extremely professional. Provided knowledgeable advice on how best to mount the tv. Perfectly level. Put on shoe covers, cleaned up everything. Made sure TV was working and even connected to the WiFi and updated the TV for me. Price wise they were the cheapest out of 3 quotes I got.

Devon and Steve setup a speaker system in my backyard after Best Buy / Geek Squad ghosted. They are great guys, super friendly and professional, and did very high quality work. All of the speakers sound great and they went the extra mile to hide the wiring. I would definitely recommend!

They recently installed a projector and screen at my business. I went with a big box store for my other location and it was a complete nightmare, there was a huge difference in working with these guys. They are very
creative in coming up with solutions for tricky applications such as how they were able to make it work for my venue. They definitely know what they are doing. They do quality work the right way with no short cuts. Very legit, highly recommend!!
