The oven broke at this location today. The staff were clearly overwhelmed with orders. The only bread they had was from another location.

My one complaint is a choice the corporate location made (a while ago I assume). Although this location might accept the occasional coupon, most locations only allow deals from the app. I’m from a another part of Michigan, but it’s the same case there. Problem is, they were so low on bread (understandably so), the app wouldn’t allow customers to make subs with bread at this location today. I could walk in and buy two subs (without the by1get1 deal) and pay full price, but I couldn’t use the app. It’s the same amount of bread. They also do not allow you to get the deal without the app. My one complaint is the choice Subway made as a company - to only get a deal of you use the app.

The staff here were overwhelmed, but making the most out of it.

I have always had good, attentive service here. The staff listens to the customer and prepares delicious sandwiches per the customer's directions. The meats and vegetables are fresh. The fountain drinks are well mixed. I prefer Dr. Pepper and this is one of the few restaurants I can depend on to get the mix of syrup and carbonated water right. The restaurant is clean and has sufficient seating for dining in. The restrooms are clean. The staff decorates the premises for each season or holiday. This location is now slicing sandwich meats on site.

Subway is usually a good franchise no matter what town you visit; however, some stores are better than others. The store in Clio, Michigan is an excellent representation of what Subway restaurants should be! The store is clean and was attractively decorated for Halloween. The food was fresh and of great quality. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, efficient, and thorough! There were 3 young men running the store, and they were all great! I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone!

Quality was good, service was very good, and despite being quite busy. I got in during a relative lull, but as I sat eating in the VERY clean dining room (in spite of the business), I watched the employees calmly handle an absolute rush, dealing with special requests (includong adjusting cook times for pizza, which i didnt know they wou)d do for you), and still keeping the line moving. The quality and freshness was on par with Subway as a whole. They did run out of wheat bread, I believe, but more was already cooking.

The service from the 3 employees was great. I felt good when leaving. Visits 2 years prior was ok, I felt management must have changed. They greeted us when we walked in. The food was good, but the service was great. I gave a tip which I never have in years prior and was happy to do it.

Great customer service. Their computer system was down and she had to manually calculate our total on her phone. We ended up paying a couple cents less, so the lady paid the couple of cents we owed. When we walked in they were so bubbly and welcoming, very kind while making your sub also.
Highly recommend going here to eat.

Positive. I had 5 subs. Different bread, some toasted, she did so effiently with a smile. I come here once a week, I love the honey oat bread. I have never had a bad experience. Thumbs up for this Subway shop! Only thing you need is a cherry Slurpee machine!

One of my first subway drive-through experiences, my order was taken promptly and it didn’t feel like it took any longer than if I had gone in myself. Very hard workers and I appreciate their service during this pandemic.

I was in today (1-10-21) and they were short staffed, only two people were working and they handled it very well. It was a little longer of a wait but they did great. Food was awesome and the workers were super friendly.

Stopped in at dinner rush, 5:45ish. Had 5 emoyees working in concert perfectly. They have a drive thru and in my experience these orders slow down the walk in orders alot but they have a beautiful system in place here. 1 person works the register for the walk ins and the orders from the drive thru, 3 people are on the line making subs, and the another is keeping it all stocked. Made it quick and seamless! We walked in with 4 people ahead of us and had our order in hand in less than 3 minute's! Awesome! We were driving up north and didn't want to waste time, great stop. Fast, efficient, and order was on point. Highly recommended!!!!

Friendly staff when I went there. I try to stay away from fast food, but Subway I think is at least somewhat healthy. I do cheat for Arby's (yea, that's for another review I guess), but Subway I don't feel like I'm getting fast food.

Justin was a super big help thanks iv had alot of people in fast food treat me bad but he didn't mind going out of his was to make shure everything was right with our order and made our first family outing in a long time to go smoothly thanks!

It's a typical Subway with a drive-thru and dine in options. Staff here have been friendly than most other Subway stores in the area though, so worth going here if you have a choice.

Fast and friendly service. Good variety and always updating and posting hours. Drive thru only as of right now.

This is our favorite Subway, we travel out of our way to visit this venue, fresh and fast!

Literally the best freshest sub I've ever had at any subway location, gret staff with friendly smiles

They were very busy with a long line but the TWO people working handled the largest volume of sandwiches easily.
