I was over 1000 miles away from home when I had to get my motorcycle towed there because of electrical issues. At the end of a long day at the dealer I had to deal with service, sales and parts. I would like to thank everyone there for helping me so much in a time of need.
My bike was going to take 4 days to fix cause of parts which is normal, but I didn’t have that time. They ended up having a used motorcycle out back same model as mine (Kawasaki Vulcan 900) gave me a great deal on it and had a new rear tire and oil change done, and made sure the bike and I would make it back home to Maine. Well I made it back home on two wheels and I owe it White’s.
So again, thank you and the entire team for helping me that day, I truly appreciate it.

Very nice dealership. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. Went there to look at a motorcycle I was considering purchasing. Dealership was clean and a had a great selection of everything you could want from helmets to tire cleaner to new and used motorcycles.

Great experience! We met 5 different people and every one of them was polite and helpful. We traveled 80 miles to see something they had in stock that no one else had, and had an excellent buying experience. They tried to be as helpful as possible, and went out of their way to make it happen. Thanks guys! We'll be back.

Lots of cool motorcycles and accessories (also boats etc) and great people! This is where I take my Kawasaki Versys -X for service and also buy items.

I was able to gather information about my Can Am motorcycle and pick-up parts that I ordered last week. My parts order arrive on time and whites personnel, call me in a timely manner. Great service I rate them 5 stars

Customer Service is Not Dead! I would give these folks six stars if possible. Whether it be Sales, Maintenance or Parts, everyone is 'on their A-game' and willing to go the extra mile to make every experience at the location great. The customer does not need to ask - Whites will figure out what they can do to make the customer's experience a little easier, and they will take the initiative on their own. Do not waste your time with the competition and go straight to Whites!

Allen was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He knows his product and answered every question quickly and precisely. He is also very honest and does not beat around the bush. I went in with the intentions of just looking but they had exactly what I wanted at under the price I was hoping for. I love this place and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a boat or PWC!

Bought a pwc over Thanksgiving weekend. Went in a few day's before and dealt with Alan. No pressure sale, answered all of my questions. Price to put together was cheaper then other places, and everyone I spoke with at the store was a pleasure to work with. I had a dual ski trailer and they adjusted it to accommodate the new ski. I had no issues with service, or the people there.

Super great place to do business with. Everyone was professional, and treated you with respect. They made my purchase easy, and quick. I highly recommend. And I will be doing more business with them.

I had to stop in today for help with an update on my ski. They went above and beyond to help me right on the spot. I will definitely go back when I need service or when I need a new toy! Thank you very much!!!

They got my 1982 Suzuki GS1100E running that had been sitting for 5 years. Rebuilt the carbs, treated the tank and got her purring just like she was supposed too.

Anytime I’ve been in Whites , they are always friendly and attentive to my needs . I can look and browse inventory without feeling harassed , and at the same time, if I have a question they are on top of it. Parts Dept is the same . Anytime I’ve ordered parts , I’ve always been helped quickly and got my parts without problem. Highly recommend Whites and will continue to give them my business.

I'm not sure what the bad reviews are about, but I thought they gave me a fair trade, were very professional, nice people to talk to and do business with. The service techs seemed thorough in explaining the bike and such. I found them to be a top notch dealer, and I'd recommend them to anyone. I bought a beautiful Z1000 from them. They're bikes and shop all look nice, too.

Great experience! Went in to get the 600 mile service on a bike I bought elsewhere. It was after 4PM on a Friday and I didnt have an appointment. I was expecting them to tell me they didnt have time but thought I'd give it a shot. Claude was very hepful. He said he'd be happy to get it done. He also found where the dealer I purchased the bike from had set up the handlebars incorrectly (dangerous) and fixed it without an additional charge. He was fast, thorough, and couldn't have been more professional. The price was much better than I anticipated and less than the dealer I bought the bike from quoted me. Wish I would've bought the bike here. I'll be getting all my services done here from now on. Thanks, Claude!

White's has been great to work with since we first began looking at boats. And the Bryant brand is a superior product. I couldn't be more pleased. The folks at White's have gone above and beyond to be sure we had a great buying experience. Working with Alan and Jeff from Bryant was outstanding. Their service department was outstanding as well. I had a question while on the water and they stopped to look up the troubleshooting guide and walked me through the fix...on a busy Saturday afternoon.

I went to White’s because there are a lot of reviews about the terrible customer service. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately, warm-heartedly and with a smile by two Caucasian gentleman slightly older than myself. They both heard me out. I knew nothing about motorcycles but I did know a budget and I definitely wanted a sports bike. I have no idea how long I was there because I got lost in the magnificent customer experience I got from Doug! He told me about all his experiences with bikes and told me how I should find one. He told me the best place to go for rider training and even taught me some safety tips! He never left my side for follow ups, calls or even buying customers! He treated me like I belonged there. He valued my presence and my experience knowing I wasn’t buying a thing! I’ve ignored White’s for 20 years because of what people said and wrote online about them. Boy was I wrong! Steve from parr’s helped me pick the perfect gloves, jacket and helmet! Both were patient and offered for me to come anytime, even if I don’t buy from them! Steve and Doug assured me if they didn’t have what I wanted they would help me find it! Even if I don’t buy it from them! I love White’s! I will be buying and serving there! Thank you for being the stand out shop out of all the ones I’ve visited before and after you!

The service department has some dedicated staff working there. Claude, Chris & Cody, to name three. They collaborated to help me with an issue I had with my bike at my home.Top notch service!

I don't know why there are only bad reviews. I've used this place since I bought my first motorcycle 8 years ago. Every purchase was excellent and timely, even when I had to have a motorcycle ordered from the factory for purchase. Parts department while a little slow due to shear volume, is always A1 and has great prices on tires, oils, etc. The service has always been very kind to me and quick when I needed it. Tires changed off the bike quickly even towards the end of the day. Kudos to these guys from me, because regardless of what the other reviews would have you believe they do care about the people they serve. To the point that they sent me home with a pair of gloves on a bike I purchased in winter because I had left mine at home.

I visited the service department yesterday and Chris and his father were outstanding. Very personable, knowledgeable and professional. They earned my business hands down!

I've had great customer service from White's in both the sales and service departments. They do great work and they have been very honest when it comes to spending money on old vehicles. I'm a customer for life.
