You know how there’s are Starbucks locations that before you even walk in, you can tell your iced coffee will be burnt?

That’s not the case here. The staff was friendly, moved with a sense of urgency, and paid great attention to the beverage routine.

The staff of this location are amazing and so friendly!
I had some trouble with a gift card I had on Google Pay that wasn't working and, I didn't have my wallet on me and they compd me the Frappuccino which I thought was so nice of them on this hot summer day. it's just really nice when people go above and beyond their job and help a customer out, they didn't have too and it made my day; so thank you so much!
I'll definitely be stopping back and hopefully I can pay it forward for someone else or at the very least be able to tip yall for the hospitality you showed me!

This is my "home" location and we visit as often as we can while running errands, etc to the cities. The staff is always friendly and very quick with orders. The restaurant area is always clean.
They have redesigned the parking area to accommodate all the drive-thru orders they get so as not to block traffic so much any more.

I stopped by earlier this afternoon to grab some coffee. I usually go through the drive-thru even though there is usually a line. Today I decided to run inside. I placed my order and after only a few minutes of waiting the customer who placed her order before me decided to go off on the staff saying they were slow and had terrible customer service. The staff remained calm and professional and apologized for the wait. Not even 30 seconds later she is going off at them again. Once again, the staff stayed professional, but at this point I had enough. I exchanged a few words with the customer stating how it's obvious they are very busy and are moving as fast as they can. She obviously still did not agree. None the less I just want to say I have experienced nothing but great service from EVERYONE I have interacted with at this location. I'm sorry your staff were treated like this, and I appreciate all of you and your hard work!

Wonderful customer service and speed! I showed up today and the line was 15 cars deep. Almost considered leaving until I saw how these speed demons were busting out drinks like lives were on the line! In and out faster than the time it took me to get coffee at the counter in the pre-dystopian future days. Highly recommend!

Can quickly get through the line even when busy. Clean inside as well. Friendly staff and never uave had any issues when ordering. I usually do mobile pickup!

Stop by yesterday for the first time and was served by the employee with the red hair (unfortunately didn't get their name). They were so friendly and personable; and kept smiling the entire time. Thank you!!!

Love the atmosphere of this starbucks. More space than some of the starbucks I have been to, and we enjoyed eating outside on the patio in the nice weather yesterday. Management is great here and they will always try to meet your needs :)

The young man who took and prepared my Grande Breve was courteous and professional. The drink was hot and delicious.

Friendly staff, always clean, service relatively fast (I ordered a fancy drink), beverage fresh, cold & made as to order, in a very small strip mall with a drive up & often busy mid-afternoon as it's also near the senior high school...a regular go-to when on the hill in Stillwater.

Amazingly kind and quick staff. Never had a bad experience even with the large amount of costumers that they have to take care of.

This will forever and always be my favorite location. The absolute best staff.

Nice stop for early morning coffee, friendly associates to great you. They gave the local newspaper and WIFI.with the WIFI you can peruse the internet or work on projects all the while sipping on your favorite caffeinated beverage. In addition it is Also close to Cub, kowalski's, Menard's, and Walmart for quick stop along the shopping trips.

Loved the service and our drinks were excellent.
