I went mid-morning, being able to park close to The Front Door. At this time, the line was short. Mail Workers were friendly, knew what I needed to mail & promptly sold me what I needed. The Post Office was not crowded at mid- morning.

My dad has been trying to update his address since beginning of August with lots of back and forth.. spoke to Shane and he was amazing, quick, and resolved an issue we been needing. Great attitude and friendly

A nice woman named Tammy answered the phone and helped me right away. I've often heard people say the ladies in that office aren't friendly, but I disagree. I am only giving four stars, though, because it is stinky in there and could totally use a makeover.

First, the down side: Who can you call for questions? No one, you must drive to the post office to ask questions.
The upside: The staff here are helpful and friendly. Thank goodness there is some airconditioning for the employees -- finally.

The postal workers are always courteous and professional.

So im not complaining because it is a small post office and a small town but really am a little upset I understand that I'm normally asleep during business hours because I work overnight but to not have a package delivered is upsetting their are three dogs in the apartment and not a single one barked or indicated that anyone was at the door and I wake up to find a motive in my mailbox saying they attempted delivery of my package. I feel the attempt wasn't much of one.

Staff are generally courteous. 9/10 we order live insects our normal postal worker will leave them on our covered porch (out of direct sunlight or rain) as the package indicates. When there is a sub they will call and I've asked them to leave the package on the porch, but they refused to do so requiring a separate trip to the post office the next day. Painful to deal with in this regard.

Why isn't it open until 5? Most businesses are open 8-5, so how does being open from 9-4:30 help many people who work from 8-5? I walked in with a package to ship. The lady saw me come to the door and let out the last guy and didn't say, do you need to ship that off or anything. Most days at lunch it is packed and only one person working. What the heck.

Short Saturday hours. Drove all the way to Brenham on a Saturday because I was expecting four important letters in my PO Box via informed delivery. I arrived at 11:00 on the dot. They weren’t in the box. I simply wanted to ask if the mail had been delivered and could clearly hear the workers in the back but they ignored me. Not worth the $200 a year I pay for a PO Box.
