Omg the manager at the Delray Beach federal highway store is SO Helpful and knowledgeable!! I pulled in need help with fluids for my car and he was able to look up my car model get me the correct fluids and he WENT one step further and even helped with where to put the fluids. I haven’t seen this kind of customer service since the 1980’s I had to pinch myself. He is a RARE breed in today’s world that’s for sure Advance auto parts is LUCKY to have such an employee who is so dedicated to the business and customer!!!

I recently stopped into this store because a battery from my car needed a charge. Jordan assisted me. He was very helpful and went the extra yard to help me. He told me we needed to leave the battery for 24 hours and that he would make sure it was charged properly. I also needed a special nut for the bracket for the battery and he helped me locate one in the store. Appreciated the help by Jordan and making it easier for me.

Luigi was awesome and patient with me. Janessa helped me breed understand the suitability of the products. Great support and experience.

Stopped by to get some mineral spirits aka paint thinner the other day. ANDRE instantly knew what i was referring to and helped me locate immediately. I love it when i go to a store and there is a brilliant employee who knows and understands their product database, who is happy and friendly and professional, and who excels at customer service … ANDRE is that employee at this location. Like most of the advanced auto parts locations this store also does a good job! They pretty much know quickly off the top of their heads if they have what you need. This saves plenty of time when you just need one thing quickly to finish a project your working on. Their website, we've all been there... It's faster to just run up to your local store. If you need batteries for car or truck, visit this location. Service and install is great. Tips not required, but tip them anyway...

Even though staff count is low when they have many clients, they were more than willing to help with my pick up order and with the items I was buying because they were on sale

I was recently in the store replacing a dead battery in my car and I got great help from the Manager JC. After I got a replacement he then took the time to make sure my alternator and electrical components weren't part of my issue as well.

Super customer service today; specifically from Vincent, who was the most patient human ever with me!! Vincent was extremely helpful and kind when I walked in, frazzled and stressed out from a dead battery in the rain at 5pm, right when I was leaving work! Hero!

Tatiana and Janessa were amazing! Tatiana is so knowledgeable on her car parts and information. I had to have my car jumped yesterday after it died, and then went to the AAP store on Atlantic and Military (only bc I was closer to there), for them to tell me my battery read fine and it didn’t need a replacement (obviously it did bc it just got jumped). It died again the next time and needed another jump. Today I got to this store, these ladies tested my car, got me my replacement within 3 year warranty, Installed and got me out within 15-20 min. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I will never stray from this store again!

I came because my headlight bulb went out. Dario helped me out and even switched the bulb for me in the rain. I’m giving him the 5 star review for his attention, helpfulness and prompt reaction. Will definitely be back.
