The speed was top tier… I received my banner very quickly. If you’re hesitant about this location… DON’T BE!! This is my second purchase from them, & I intend on making more. I’ve gone into the shop needing custom T-shirts made in a hurry. Tori has provided extremely efficient, and excellent service with a smile. He immediately took the images I brought in and worked with them to make them sharper on my shirts. He was closed when I visited the shop last week even, but came out to my car once I called to see if the shop would open at all on Saturday, 4/29/23. He took my order and had me out the door within 20-30 minutes. The fastest print job I’ve ever experienced.

I’m a few days late posting this review. And I’m a little upset that I didn’t get a pic to add to it. But when I tell you I walked in on a Wednesday and asked for a rush order on a banner that I needed to have by Friday of the same week. Not only was the whole staff AMAZING including the owner!!! I did not have a design, I only knew what I wanted it to say and the colors I needed. So needless to say they took their time with me and actually completely created the design! I was even sent a draft of the banner before printing just to make sure the I liked the final design. Everyone was so friendly and very professional. And they really do have the BEST deodorizer!!! I already have to buy more because the three I bought just last week have magically disappeared from my car. This banner was for a baby shower I was hosting and everyone loved it including the parents to be! Thank you Cloud 9. You guys delivered in a big way for me and I will be a repeat customer.

Had and emergency last minute order to print some shirts for a basketball tournament. They hadn't told me the problem until 11am with a game starting at 12. Without the shirts we would've had to forfeit. Cloud 9 was able to get the prints done on such short notice and we got the shirts to the court with seconds to spare. Professional and quick t-shirt printing turn around! Found Cloud 9 Everything on a local google search. Torrie was professional from start to finish. He even went as far as offering to meet us closer to our location in Atlanta. Upon pickup at his shop, we saw how our order was handled with great care. He was very nice!
