I had bariatric surgery and I have a pretty restrictive diet when it comes to sweets, finding this place has been the best thing ever! If you served this to me without saying it was low carb and low sugar, there’s no way I would notice because it’s so good. The price is also very affordable compared to a normal ice cream place, 10/10 I am so happy we have a place like this here!

If you are looking for a low low sugar and low card ice cream you need to go to d’lites ice cream. I gave Sonia a taste of my caramel sundae and it made her eyes roll to the back of her head. It was so amazing.

We love grabbing ice cream here! It tastes great and is really low calorie so you don’t feel bad about it!

Lots of healthy options here in dry goods and ice cream pints. I don't know how a single serve is 50 calories, but it says it is. So we ate happily thinking only 50 calories. It was a Saturday not busy but steady of people coming in getting ice cream and leaving. They have 2 dedicated parking spots in front for 10 min max, although people for gym and hair place parked there and walked over to the other places. We parked across from those spots because knew we would be more than 10 minutes to eat our ice cream. Workers were friendly but quiet we asked lots of questions. Not expensive at all think it was 7.18 with tax for 2 cones.

This is one of my all time top picks for a sweet cold treat to beat that Austin heat. I have driven over an hour to come get this Low Carb, low calorie, and truly delightful “ice cream”. My kids love it too!

I am not saying it is healthy - it is a healthier alternative when you need a sweet treat.

My favorite flavors are Orange dream, pistachio, and cherry.

My daughter loves the chocolate. My son has to get his milkshake.

I love this “low carb emporium”. The owners are lovely (and local - and often there so tell them Jqi {Jackie} says hi!) and their staff are always so wonderful.

Side note: I recently went to NYC and I tried Tasti D’lites. It not only had 80 calories and 13 carbs for 3 oz (!?!) but it did not taste as good.
I believe D’lites’ are 50 calories and 6 carbs per 4 oz.
Austin absolutely beat NYC on this front.

I love coming here because the nutritional facts are quite impressive and the flavors are yummy. There's a couple flavors where I felt like the flavor could be a little stronger like the cake batter, and cotton candy, but given that these are supposed to be healthier than your average ice cream, I'd say they hit the spot. My faves are the toasted coconut, maple fudge, and salted caramel.

Overall, I would highly recommend, especially if you're looking for a healthy ice cream alternative while counting your macros and calories!

Always so yummy, Ice cream is classic but I also love their other low carb options they have that you can't find in other stores! The low carb tortilla chips they have are so good!

Loved finding a diabetic friendly store in south Austin! Bonus, they have ice cream that is Keto!! They have the usual basic flavors and some unique flavors that change weekly. We got Coffee with Heath pieces, Salted Caramel, and Almond Joy! They sell KETO: bread, croissants, pastas and sugar-free cookies!

Loved the flavors and the taste. Best version of ice cream you can get outside of homemade. Will definitely come back for more.

Amazing little hidden gem. Daily changing flavors on top of their regular chocolate and vanilla. Dog friendly inside and out and they went above and beyond by offering a pup cup!
GREAT flavors and daily specials. Saturday is free sprinkles. Not expensive at all for froyo. Highly recommended!

We have been buying low calorie ice cream here for years. The owners are really nice people, and they have a great little local ice cream shop.

i wish i could come here every day!!! the ice cream was so incredibly good it’s hard to believe how low calorie and healthy it is. i also loved that they have a selection of great protein and low cal snacks and food in store. 10/10!!

Love all the Smart Wio products they sell, so many options. Our #1 purchase here is the low-carb all-purpose flour. And of course, shakes and ice cream. They're delicious. 😋

LOVED the ice cream, but the workers were judgmental. They were looking at my Hispanic family and I weird when we were trying all the flavors. Might be a bit racist… but GREAT ice cream!!!

Are you kidding me. Can I give it more than 5 stars? Clean. Neat. Organized. Friendly staff. Overall amazzzzzing. The fact that they have Keto ice cream options is out of control cool. Its so outstanding to have this as a choice while staying on plan. Thank you for doing what you do. Additionally, the keto food options inside this fine establishment is out of bounds. I was in Austin for a convention but wish we had one in Atlanta! What an amazing option that we typically do not get the opportunity to indulge in. Thank you!

Low carb ice cream, sign me up! Enjoyed this place immensely. They change their soft serve flavors daily but always have vanilla and chocolate. There are a lot of toppings that can add a bit of crunch. You can also buy various size containers of flavors they may not have the day you are there.

Love love love D’lites. My favorite place for a sweet treat. Wish they had more set flavors other than chocolate & vanilla.

Pros: Love the selection, as far as healthy snack options. Such as, Quest Chips, Protein powders and bigger pints of ice cream already ready.

The updated daily flavors is a win. Smaller options are always better in selection picking. Allows to perfect the few flavors of the day.

Ice Cream is dead on in flavor !!

Cons: Wish the label inside gave us the ingredients. As that it is important to some people with what it contains.

Great place to get low carb stuff. Highly recommend if getting started. Their frozen yogurt is LEGIT!! All the staff has been great.
