The employees are always so friendly and helpful. Even when they don't know what to do for me, which hasn't been but once, they are not above asking someone else to help me. That's rare these days. Kutos to you guys and gals.

The staff is friendly to the point you feel like they're your personal friend. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to provide advice when it comes to repairing your vehicle. I find it great to download the app and preorder my parts. Every time I order on the app, I get 15% off. Become an elite member and earn perks bucks that you can use with the 15% discount. This is handy as you can get in and out without browsing throughout the store and finding yourself purchasing more than intended. After all, I need to save that money for when my wife goes to Walmart for children's Tylenol and comes out with wine, ice cream, clothes, and other random stuff that I didn't know we needed.

The staff working at this location have been more than helpful and understanding of my vehicle problems. They are professional and help me get exactly what i need for the task at hand. I appreciate there generosity and skillful knowledge to help assess and troubleshoot certain issues.

Had the best customer service from this place today!! I came into the store with my young kiddos to replace my dead car battery and the gentlemen behind the counter were awesome! They were so sweet to my kids and helped keep them entertained while I completed my purchase! Made the potentially stressful experience totally painless!! Plus, my kids had a blast and asked so many questions about auto mechanics. The technician was also patient and thorough with my battery installation. Happy Mama here! Thanks a bunch!

Every time I come to this store, they are extremely helpful. I purchased a new battery today, they tested it and even installed the new one for me, free of charge. The team at this store are always on their A game will give you 100 percent of their attention until your situation is resolved.

The staff were very helpful and professional with my buddies battery. Patrick is a stellar employee and was above and beyond helpful installing my friends battery. He ensured to open him a store credit account as well as make sure he recieved his military discount. My friend has made it very clear he will be returning for his automotive needs in the future.

Extremely helpful staff. Asks if needed help putting on windshield wipers. Very helpful when putting on a truck. Also read codes for truck check engine lights to help diagnose problems with thermostat. Great place to visit.

Advanced Auto Parts in Richlands NC was great. Their customer support was outstanding and did everything they could to please the customer. The cashier Brittany was great to deal with and the manager Louie was on point and was able to help when his workers didn't have the answer. I will go out if my way to use this Advanced Auto!

Always my go-to. Service is usually quick. They're never too busy. Most of my visits take less than 10 minutes which fits into my hectic time schedule.

We came in to get our car battery tested. We didn't even buy a battery from them BUT the associate we worked with was great. He charged our battery after testing it, and didnt mind my husband waiting around for it to get done.
