Domino's Pizza

Just wanted to give a little review on behalf of our delivery driver Wren. I have tried to get red pepper flakes the last couple of deliveries and they have not had any so I just quit requesting it on the app. Today he did a delivery and let me know he brought some since they have them back. For him to not only remember our address but to go out of his way to bring them to me speaks volumes about him and I just felt that it was important to recognize.

I ordered from them and received the wrong order at first and I submitted it on the app and with out even knowing they was going to they remade my order and brought it out to me. Everyone makes mistakes but it’s nice when a company dose all they can to fix them.

Domino's pizza is good. I like thin crust better. We had a thin crust bacon cheeseburger pizza with onions which was superb. We also had a Brooklyn style crust with pepperoni sausage beef light onion and light green peppers. It was also extraordinarily good. We have different ideas on pizza each time this order wasn't set in stone.

I personally love Dominos in Richlands NC more than any other pizza joint around. You can order online, on the phone, or in store. I recommend the Philly Cheese Steak sub, Brooklyn style pizza, & or some cheddar bacon loaded tots. During the weekends & holidays they are busy just like all the other food joints that have good food. They're always nice & welcoming & they do deliver locally. I'm always surprised by how fast their order to delivery time is.

Delivery sux. Cost to much pizza hut and Little Caesars are way better than Domino's anytime I think I was on a low budget when I ordered pizza I guess

Honestly the absolute best dominos we have had. The food is always to quality standard, the customer service is excellent, and our delivery’s are still oven hot when we receive them. Great team!

I should have left a review long before now about the awesomeness of this crew! Fast and aways made perfectly- never missing anything from the order. During lockdowns and such this team kept rocking it- even during the busiest times they are always on point. For me personally, they have gone above and beyond during deliveries! I made a note that my dogs are obnoxious to any sound and somehow every single time since-they have epically managed to leave my order without my dogs even noticing. The fact that they care that much- to not just bring the food perfectly made- but to make efforts for a super silly accommodation is just amazing. Definitely not “just another Dominoes”- these guys are next level awesome! Thank you to all of the amazing people working here- it really does make a difference!

Our Richland’s Domino’s is full of pizza rock stars! Our order is always right…gets to us FAST…and tastes delicious. Drivers are always courteous and take great care of our food. We order at least once a week and have never been disappointed.

My husband and I pretty much own stock in this location at this point due to the amount of times we've ordered take-out from here. XD We've never had any major issues from the service (I think we may have received the wrong form of cheesy bread one time out of, like, 25+ visits?), and the pizza and stuffed cheesy bread are always hot, fresh, and delicious. I just wish this location was closer to home so we would qualify for delivery!

I ordered delivery on last Thurs night, the cinnamon bread was missing the butter/cinnamon so I called the store.
The lady was super nice and offered to send out the proper food plus a fresh brownie.

Always delicious, and fastest delivery ever. Usually a few minutes sooner than expected and the one or two times my order wasn't perfect (out of over 100) they immediately sent replacement at no charge. The quoted fast delay very time used to scare me but somehow they beat the time and food is great

Love this location! Always quality. Never burnt. Whether we get delivery or carry out, no issues ever! Dominos in general is amazing, the app is great, the perks and rewards are great!

Pizza is always correct!!! Often other places mix your order up but this Dominos has never messed up my orders. They give plenty of your choice of toppings so this is my favorite pizza choice above little Caesar, Pizza Hut , papa John or any other local shops!!!!!by far the best around!!!!

We have ordered a few days in a row from these guys. They have been prompt, friendly, and have called if they were out of a drink we wanted. This Dominos is Amazing. Keep up the Fantastic work guys!

Our Richlands Domino’s restaurant always has great customer service; both the delivery people and over the phone, they have fast delivery, and their pizza is always well made! I only wish all other Domino’s locations match this one’s awesome performance!!! 👍🏼👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼😀

Other than sometimes forgetting garlic crust, I've never had any problems with this Dominos location; the delivery is fast, the drivers are great people and the food is always exactly what I ordered.

I order delivery from this Dominoes all the time. The employees are always very nice, delivery is prompt, and the food is great. Our orders are always exactly as requested! Will keep coming back!
