Arby's

Traveling and needed something good/satisfying for our group. I wasn't a huge Arby's fan back in the day, but I've become a believer. Even one of my extremely picky eater children demolished a roast beef sandwich...roast beef! And bragged how good it was. I honestly was surprised. The service, drinks (mmm, that strawberry lemonade), and food were awesome! Thank you!

This is by far one of the best places I've eaten in richlands North Carolina! The food was perfect. The service was too! Great staff and great food. You can't go wrong eating here.

I love coming to this restaurant. It is always clean. The staff is always in a good mood. And the food is always great. I just wish their clientele would be more consistent
Because it fluctuates so much, and because it's a new location, management seems to have a hard time ordering enough supplies. There are some times when I will place my order only to be told that they're out if it completely or in part. Hope this becomes less frequent as a quantitative history is amassed.

Been here many times since opened. Staff at register very friendly. Food is always warm. Get the beef and cheddar. Only issue - like many other eat in places these days - employees are loud on break sitting at the booth with cell speaker on - face timing, videos watching, etc. - Ugh. Very annoying.

First, the gentleman who took my order was extremely friendly and an awesome experience. Really patient and thoughtful. I’m not sure who’s in the back making the food but man it’s finger bangin good. Made my night. Nice job

Service was good. Our food was delicious. The business was clean and comfortable. Definitely eat there again!

Place is always well kept, staff are nice, and the food is good apart from the regular Roast Beef Sandwich which is normal for most people. Still a good chain to eat at though.

Even short handed, they were working hard and getting orders out faster than most places in Richlands. Thanks to Dunk the manage on duty for all the hard work!

Enjoyed a very good meal tonight. Food was fresh and hot. Assistant manager greeted us as we entered the restaurant and provided positive feedback with our food choices/ options. He socialized with the patrons and with ensuring that tables were wiped down and cleaned. We will definitely make a return to this Arby's.

Other than Chick-Fil-A, this is the only local fast food place that appears to have its mess together. I have visited multiple times since they opened, and each time the staff has been very friendly. The food is delivered hot and fresh. The dining area is kept clean.

Absolutely amazing Arby's location. The freshness of food and politeness of staff make this Arby's a pleasure to dine at. Our family has been a few times since they opened and they never disappoint. The manager who I believe is named Rob is fantastic at keeping the staff motivated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this establishment over any of our other fast food choices in Richlands.

Arby’s #09010 was the best food experience we have had during our vacation. From ordering with Paige and getting our food from Rob the whole experience was amazing. My husband and I were shocked because it’s hard to get good service at drive thrus these days.

The service was excellent. The young lady who helped us was so kind, pleasant and considerate.

Swift drive thru service, delicious hot food and my fur baby got a pup cup!!!! We didn't even have to ask. The staff were so professional and sweet. Will definitely return.

Last night, I went through Arby’s line and let me start by saying, their customer service was great! From ordering in the drive thru to paying. There was an easy & fixable mistake with my sandwich and the manager fixed it and was so kind. Staff was great. Manager on duty was great! My food was bomb and now I’m eating it for lunch today!! We will be back! Keep it up guys in Richlands!

One of the best in Richlands. Not a huge fast food person anymore but will go on occasion when one doesn't want to cook and grab a quick meal. I've been twice since opening day and by far the best fast food in Richlands. Service is always pleasant and food has always been super tasty. Have they messed up an order, yes. But hiccups are bound to happen in a new establishment. Mcdonalds has been in Richlands for YEARS and they never get my order right. This place is great and if you want to go to a place where they treat you like they've known you for years, this is it. Great job to management and all the workers for doing a great job.

I do deliveries from here for Doordash a lot, and it's one of my favorite places to get orders from. The employees are really friendly and better organized than most places, I get orders from. The woman working the drive thru late has the best smile and always brightens my day.
The building seems smaller than other Arby's been at, but not so small it feels cramped. I could see it getting that way though, if it were really really busy. I like the lighting inside this one too. It's not too bright or too dark. It gives me a kind of sunny day in the forest sensation. This Arby's also looks cleaner and better kept than most other ones I've been to.
I like the parking lot. It's got two drive thru lanes, and plenty of room to go around both of them if you need. I think most vehicles won't have any difficulty fitting in the spaces, unless you're towing something or driving a giant RV or big rig type vehicle.
I have eaten here once. It was as good as any other Arby's I've been too. If you like Arby's, you'll like this one. If you don't like Arby's, then you won't.
Definitely my top choice if you're stopping for a quick bite in Richlands.
