Wendy's

I made a delivery order off Wendy's website. My driver was great. I was missing 2 sandwiches. Couldn't get through using Wendy's phone number. So my delivery driver told them and brought back out my missing sandwiches. Wendy's manager also sent 2 frostys as an apology. Which was greatly appreciated.

Been there lots since they opened. Food is always fresh and hot. Wait staff is welcoming. I always get Dave's double with cheese. Minor issue - wish they had the pump ketchup like all other Wendy's instead of just the packets you have to ask for & get 3.
Larger issue - growing trend at lots of eat ins- employees sit at a booth, on break, and face time, play a video, or just talk on cell - with speaker on and very LOUD! I generally go over and say tone it down, some adhere, others do not. No one ever says sorry. Usually youngsters with no sense of awareness - wish manager would monitor this and fix. Cringe when i go in and hear it right away - happens a LOT - - for me to post about it.

Food was hot, the service was great, was greeted with we arrived at 1:45p. Was clean. Use to work for Wendy's in the early 90s. Was a shift manager in Worthington, Ohio. Y'all are doing great. Keep up the great work!

I come here to pick up Doordash deliveries. I'm assuming if you like Wendy's then you'll like this Wendy's because I get plenty of orders from them.
The employees are really nice. Sometimes they'll even give me a Frosty, which I really appreciate. There usually isn't a very long wait for the orders, if any, and when there is a wait, it's because they are really busy which is understandable. The orders have been accurate except for they forgot some fries once, but I went back and they fixed it without any issues.
The thing I like most about this Wendy's though are their bathrooms. There are two, both single person facilities, and are "Family Restrooms." It's about time somewhere figured out that it doesn't make any sense to have separate restrooms if only one person can use it at a time. This should become standard practice everywhere.
The parking lot is fine for the size of the building. Unless you are towing something or an RV size vehicle the spaces are plenty big enough to fit in easily as well. There is no left turn onto 258 directly out of the parking lot, so you need to go out the back and take the little side street first if you're turning that way.
There was an issue with their Frosty Machine and potato baker for a while, but I think that's been fixed now.
It's the only Wendy's around with an outdoor seating area, and it's fully covered, so you can even enjoy it if it's raining a little.

The best Wendy's ever! Modern, new, and classy interior. Service /drive-through was fast and order was perfect! The food was EXCELLENT - Dave's Single was slappin'! They even accommodated a dual order with no hesitation! We wish we could pick it up and place it in our neighborhood!

First off. Ms Shannon was awesome. Nice to my children and knew how to ring up the meals right. If she isn't a manager she should be . Food was hot and restaurant was clean

Food was great, customer service was awful, maybe she had a bad day, I try to give them the benefit of doubt 🤔, maybe I'll just drive thru next time, not go inside, which was my first visit there

Quick drive thru service and friendly staff. Food was good, though I wish portions were bigger. I’m excited to have Wendy’s in Richlands!

My food was delicious after I got home. The food was still hot. Now I don't have to go to Jacksonville to get Wendy's no more

Absolutely love the strawberry frosty!! Wish they did it all the time with the vanilla and chocolate!! Food was good and service was fast!!

It was great workers need to adjust their attitudes, but not a lot you can do about that manager was realy nice

They one place on town that still serves a variety of takeout salads. They are so good!
