Gwen and Kristian were fantastic from start to finish. The white glove service from the delivery guys is a MUST HAVE. Everything arrived within a month despite the global supply chain shortage. One of the cabinets was slightly damaged, I called and they had the replacement arrive within 2 weeks. Clear communication the whole time.

David and Mike did an excellent job delivering and assembling our new furniture.

They were on time, polite, professional, wore shoe covers, masks, and overall very friendly people.

They also rolled out rugs to ensure the floor didn’t get scratched.

The furniture is beautiful!!! See for yourself!

Purchased new furniture at Arhaus and it looks fantastic! Gwen Golden was terrific and took a lot of time with their designer to get us the exact look we were searching for. Ask for Gwen and she will hook you up! Arhaus Nashville. They ship everywhere but you need Gwen!

Naja is SO helpful. She would reply to my emails even after working hours and talk to me in detail about every product , material etc. we’ve moved out of state to Louisiana still she’s my to go girl. She made the whole process so smooth for us. Would highly recommend buying your furniture from this store and ask for her.

Nashville location has an extensive selection of high- quality products. Gwen did a fabulous job supporting me with the ordering and on-site pick up process. I will definitely purchase again from Arhaus.

I absolutely love the Green Hills Arhaus! I have been helped several times by an employee by the name of Dalvin who goes above and beyond. He’s not only kind and personable but always has amazing ideas and tips for how to style a house! What a talent he is. He’s made my experience there incredible!

I purchased a chair on 8/4 and was told 9 weeks for delivery. They buying process was great, no complaints. It's everything after that is the problem. I'm pushing week 11 with still no chair and the "design consultant" that was supposed to be in contact hasn't called once. I just called for my 3rd update to be told it's pushed again! When I checked out in the store, the sales person pointed to the lady to her right at the other register saying, this is your design consultant and she'll keep you informed. When she never looked up to say hi or make eye contact I was a bit put off at that point but didn't think much of it. With tax this is a $2700+ chair. I think that warrants just a bit of communication. My first purchase from them and disappointed. I understand deliveries these days are taking longer than usual, it's just the lack of communication from this store. Also, when I called to find out status the sales person said a manager would be getting back in touch with me shortly. That was five days ago and I haven't heard a peep. Best advice, order online. This way you have a tracking number and do not have to call the store for delivery updates, because they will never keep you informed.

I spent more than $18k with Arhaus furnishing our new home. Do I love the products? YES! Would I order from them again? Probably not, just because we had a less-than-stellar experience.

Our items were on backorder for 6-8 weeks (understandable). When I called to check on them, I was told they were waiting on me to make my final payment. They charge 50% at time of order, 50% when they schedule your shipping. They were supposed to call me to tell me my ship date and collect the other 50%, but no one did, which resulted in a 2 week delay.

The handle to the cabinet I received was broken. The delivery men couldn't install it, and they told me Arhaus would be calling me. They didn't. I had to call them, and the store manager I talked to apologized and said they had a replacement going out.

The replacement never came. Then I talked to someone else at the store a couple weeks later who had no record of the replacement. He apologized and offered to refund the delivery fee ($200-ish) for the trouble.

Arhaus corporate contacts me to tell me the replacement is on backorder and wouldn't arrive for months, and they have no record of the store manager offering to refund the delivery fee.

FINALLY - MONTHS LATER - I received the correct piece. Customer service never told me it had shipped. The lady was quite rude too. As someone who works with clients on a daily basis, Arhaus should really reconsider who they have working in their QA/customer service department.

I never received my refund for the delivery, and I'm over it at this point. I love my furniture, but it's not worth the hassle to shop with them again.

My shopping experience at the Green Hills store went well up until I returned to place an order. The sales person I had been working with was unavailable and I was short on time. I am not faulting the store for this. I did end up ordering the Nika Dining Table (Nopo finish) online instead and this is where the adventure begins!

The table was delivered 8 weeks after ordering, and was damaged. The table has resin inlaid to fill the natural gaps in the wood. The resin was not flush with the table top or edge, and was moveable in places because it was not secure. The concierge team was great in having a replacement table delivered 3 weeks later.

The replacement table was delivered today. No more problems with the resin inlay, but instead met with scratches and areas where the wood was either not finished or damaged. Ironically, the delivery persons unloaded the table still in the box, and then brought the tabletop (still wrapped) into my dining room before taking the packaging off. I have sent an email to the concierge representative who I have been working with to come to an amicable resolution.

I am placing this review in case anyone else has ordered this table or have had similar issues. For the price paid, one expects a flawless table.

Arrogant and rude staff. We went in looking for furniture for our new house. No one greeted us or asked if we needed any help. They just stared at us while we walked around the store making it very uncomfortable. We were looking at a couch and actually got scolded for touching it by one of the sales associates because it was "electronic". We immediately left because we felt so unwelcome in there. I really liked one of their accent chairs and was interested in purchasing it, but I refuse to buy from a store where they make you feel insignificant. We will take our money elsewhere...
