Great atmosphere, TONS of classes and services offered. It's a great safe space for women.

This is an amazing place for fitness and wellness but also friendships. These ladies are amazing and work hard to make it a great experience for all fitness levels.

I love this place. It got me moving without feeling like I'm going to the gym. They make it fun with lots of options Not to mention all the other skin products they have. It's definitely a one stop shop

Looking for an ALL GIRL gym?!... Look no further!!! If I could give 100 stars, I would!! Beth is an amazing trainer!! I am an unmotivated, nonconsistant type of person, but she makes me want to do better for myself. She is so motivational and uplifting, and I need that!! She is everything in one tiny package! She knows what each of us need to be better and successful and she is there for all of her clients, which are more like friends to her. Her workouts are painfully satisfying and she pushes you to your own max. She also promotes modifying when you need to, and keeps the mantra of "AS LONG AS YOU ARE MOVING". Her "girl gang" are always supportive of each other and respectful. She wouldn't have it any other way. She offers one on one trainings or group. The groups are so amazing that I can guarantee you will want to be part of it!! Group or singles, she caters to your needs and wants. She wants us to have all of our needs met, mind-body-soul-wellness, and offers something for all of your needs. She is always educating herself to better educate us! If she is not an expert on something her girl gang is interested in, she will have pop-ins come to demonstrate or discuss. She is the type of trainer that offers up to 3 different classes, most days to accommodate her girl gang. She schedules retreats, which I am a "lifer" of. This experience is so amazing, I couldn't even put it in words. My advice is to try it once, you will be hooked. Beth will also say, let's grab dinner n drinks after class if you can make it happen. Or, have pop up walks thru the park where we all talk so much that we don't even realize we walked 2 miles. I could go on and on and on and on about how I feel about Beth, but my advice to you..... is come join our girl gang. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!
