One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Joel is fantastic.

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra from Joel in 2023 and have been very happy with it.

I am a rather clumsy man sometimes, and I dropped the phone, cracking the screen to the point it no longer worked. I took it in and spoke to Joel about what my options were.

We tried looking for a number on my account that eligible for upgrading, but there was none available. He explained to me that it would be covered under insurance and told me how to start a claim.

When Joel saw that I was rather anxious about not having a phone during the repair / exchange process, he offered to allow me to use a phone he had in the store at no charge.

He didn't have to do that, but he took it upon himself to go above and beyond to make his customer happy. This was truly an exceptional customer service experience that is rare these days. I highly recommend this store and I will never buy another phone anywhere else. Thanks again Joel!

Transfered over from AT&T after being done wrong by them for the 2nd time with "free" phone upgrades. After being with them 16 years we would have thought better customer loyalty would have been there.

Zane was extremely helpful. He stayed late to help me solve a problem!

The 2 guys working were absolutely amazing, helped me with my issues, got my friend a new phone after his wasn't working. Zain in particular was very helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, and at the end of the day very amazing at his job! I would gladly go back again and go through the 2 geeky awesome gentlemen!!!

Zane was a HUGE help when I was trying to understand some insurance issues through Verizon. He was professional, friendly, and communicative.

Candace was the best! She went many extra miles to provide us service she was expertly prepared to give. She was there from another store to provide training. If they heed her example, the store will succeed. She may not know, but as a result of her example, the next day resulted in a sale of a phone to my companion. Good job all around. Way to go Candace. Hope you get promoted and recognized for your dedication and caring attitude.

I had great service! Joel was very knowledgeable and patient when he helped me with the problem I was having with my phone. I would definitely go back if I need help or to get a new phone.

Kaila was excellent when I came in to upgrade my phone. By the time I got to sit down with her, I was in bit of a rush. She hurriedly helped me get everything switched over and was a great help in explaining how to do my backup at a later time because of a meeting I was late for. She set me up with some accessories I had planned to purchase elsewhere which saved me time!! Thank you Kaila!! So happy to have a Verizon store in the area! Very great customer service!

Candace was so helpful and worked with us tirelessly to find what suited our needs. I was also impressed with her professionalism when dealing with another customer that I felt was being condescending, rude and entitled. I appreciated Zane's patience and kindness as I witnessed him helping an older gentleman. I highly recommend this store.

Antonia was a wonderful assistance to us in helping us set up and get used to my new device.

We had to make a return visit for assistance and she was just as patient, wise and courteous as our first visit.

Now we feel as if we have a local friend in time of need from Verizon. Sometimes, especially in this time of pandemic crisis, caring customer service matters more than ever. Antonia gave us that plus her tech wisdom.

Candace is amazing. Very knowledgeable, provides excellent customer service, great recommendations based on your needs versus sales techniques. She handled new phones for both my wife and I while simultaneously taking care of other customers. Best customer service at this store we've ever had.

Kaila was extremely patient and knowledgeable about the product. She took the time with us to help us pick the phones that best suited our needs. She graciously assisted other customers that came in, all the while helping us and politely excusing herself from us to address the other customers. We witnessed an irate customer that she handled with patience and understanding. Thank you for taking the time to deal with our uncertainty and easing our minds when making a big purchase.

We worked with Candace to switch from Sprint to Verizon. It was a ridiculously long process through Sprint, but Candace helped us the entire time and walked us through every step. She went above and beyond while setting up our phones which took forever (no fault of hers). She was able to help us while helping other costumers. She was the only person working. She did a great job. Highly recommended coming here and seeing her.

amazing <3 jason smith, colin and the whole team where phenomenal… they went above and beyond. had issues with this location closing, a phone order and was on a time crunch… called them at the brunswick location and they where absolutely amazing with everything. i cant recommend them enough. im so incredibly greatful for their kindness and honesty. very humbling experience.

I was given exactly what I needed. Zane himself was a very friendly, professional, and efficient manager who answered every question I shot at him with ease and patience, and it was definitely one of the most stress-free encounters I've had with phone-related business. I was given a chair with a back even though I never asked for one (Zane noticed my back issues) and and I was spoken to as a friend, not just a customer.

My wife and I went in yesterday to resolve a iPhone issue. We worked with Antonia, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up buying a new phone and case. Antonia was the only rep working at the time and she easily managed our issue and another customer's purchase. It was a good experience.

I am writing this review to extend a sincere compliment to 2 of your sales personnel Sawyer and Porter. Because of their knowledge of the products, dedication, caring professionalism I am home and happy with my new phone. Their kindness and caring has made my purchase a happy one.
I have been a Verizon customer in good standing for many years, been all over the country, and this location, these two gentleman
have made this experience #1!!!

When my phone screen went black during a very busy work day I ran to Verizon for help. Candace was able to help get me up and running in no time. The fact that she was the only one in the store for much of my time there and they were having internet issues, she remained professional, pleasant, and competent.

I purchased my phone and plan via the Verizon website. I received my phone in two days! I began the transfer of my old iPhone to my new one, all was going well...except my phone number wouldn’t port over. I couldn’t activate my phone.
I went to the Verizon store for assistance. Loren was great! She was patient with the numerous tech support folks she spoke with on my behalf. Zane assisted as well and was awesome! We finally got the number ported over and the phone was up and running!
