Dunkin'

This store is one of my favorites. They are always very prompt if you order ahead. My items are almost always ready as soon as I pull up, given I've ordered ahead at least 3-4 minutes in advance, and it's not an extremely big order. They are beyond friendly also. It's just a great exchange every time.

I tried something new today and got the chicken, bacon, and cheese croissant! Although the bacon didn’t seem too cooked it was still very good! The iced coffee was perfect just the way I ordered it and when I got to the store I only waited for a min or two for my to go order to be ready! (I placed the order 2 minutes before I got here)

Staff works quickly even when very busy on a weekend morning. Coffee is consistent and quickly made.

I am at this Dunkin at least 4 days a week and the staff are always so helpful, they provide such a good experience! The drive through is always packed but you can get the things you want quickly by just going into the store!

I absolutely love this Dunkin’ store. The staff is always super nice and today they went above and beyond to bring my walk out order out to my car. I was unable to walk in to get my order because my kiddo had just gotten sick in the car, so I asked the girl that was outside taking orders if someone could bring my order to me. Not only did someone bring me my order but he went back in to get some paper towels so I could wipe my seat. This store needs to be recognized for their kind actions. :) Great job guys and thank you for being so nice this morning!!

I love getting a coffee treat here! Downloading the app and using their rewards program is also amazing! So many routine offers/rewards for being a loyal customer in addition to the point system.

They had a line around the building and onto the road, but my online order was fresh and correct. My coffee was the best I've had at a dunkin' yet.

Finally a dunkin’ donuts that serves quick. There was no waiting in line. We got our drinks quickly and with a smile. Love this location!

The best Dunkin' location in WV! The manager, Mr. Mago is always very helpful, and his staff always make my order to perfection. I will always visit this location when I pass through Charles Town. They are the fastest Dunkin' staff I've seen, even if the line is long, they will not keep you waiting.

I ordered an ice cream cake a few days ahead and not only does it look great, but they also carried it for me to the car (my hands were full with coffee + a tasty muffin)! I really appreciated the extra help and the warm and friendly service!!

Love this Dunkin Donuts! The ones in Martinsburg need to take notes from them! Very friendly and fast employees. Food , and coffee is so fresh and super fast and quick service. Hubs and I love coming here whenever we are in the Ranson area. I wish the ones in Martinsburg were like this one! Best one around !

This is my favorite Dunkin'. They are really busy because of their location but I think they do an amazing job keeping up and making sure the orders are right. Bethany and the other ladies are great at their jobs. I highly recommend.

The cappuccino is amazing! Price is fair and worth every penny! Friendly staff, clean environment. Plus the latte's are the bomb too!

I visit this store very often and am completely satisfied with the food and the service. The lines can be long at the drive thru but they keep it moving. I've been to others where it send to take forever to get your food but this place is great.

DUNKIN' DONUTS IS THE BEST PLACE TO GET ALL YOUR 🍩 🍩 DONUTS. Their coffee drinks are awesome as well. I have not really had their FOOD, food in a while. But, I remember it is also really good.

I have a Dunkin by my work and I still prefer this one my stuff is always right and they always give me my extra cinnamon sugar on my coffee and the staff is never rude

Sometimes the service is a little slow but it's because of the $2 medium latte or cappuccino special from 2-6pm...which is a great deal? Been drinking lots of delicious Dunkin caramel lattes lately!?

Today I took my grandson to get donuts, and the guy in the evening at the counter was very nice! Everyone in that store is nice always but today the guy at counter was very nice, and was patience with my grandson!!! Thank you and God bles you!!!

Love Drive Thru Donuts @ 6AM. HATE CURBSIDE PICKUP YOUR LAST YOU DONT GET YOUR ORDER IF THERE IS DRIVE THRU TRAFFIC!

The blonde girl that has been working evenings is awesome! She is the only one who consistently has the drinks ready when you order on the app.
