A few days ago I was looking for a part for my car... and it was not in stock at that time
I want to congratulate Ryan, he did a good job.
He made an effort to find the part from other suppliers that he needed at that time..
And although we can't find the part.
It leaves me confident that I will always return to this place, because I know that they will make an effort to find the parts I need and provide good service.

I love this location of AutoZone. The staff is pretty knowledgeable. I only purchased wipers but the staff offered to help me with the installation.

I've been coming here since 2003, they are by far, the best in customer service, the store is packed with everything you need for your truck or car and if it's not in stock, they'll get it ordered and shipped within 24 hours. Trustworthy, reliable and they go the extra mile to help!!

I would give them more stars if I could. Very friendly helpful service. Our vehicle had trouble starting. They tested our components, diagnosed the problem, let us borrow tools to fix ourselves when purchased the part. It saved us considerable time and $$$$ Thank you!

I needed a battery today and an employee came out tested my battery first. Then they allowed me to use some tools to replace it. The whole experience was very quick and easy. Every time I come here, it seems very quick service. Little to no wait.

The young man at the counter really tried to get me my cash back from a return that I had used a credit card to initially purchase. He even called on the manager. Couldn't do it but the gentlemen were very polite and helpful.

When is to get the engine check light decoded. The young man was very good. Knew what he was doing. And they had the parts I needed

Great staff. That is the most impressive thing about this store. Was able to get advice that they stand behind, and was given multiple options for my needs and budget. Have a suprising stock of parts in store, and seem to have most anything else just a day away. Great place to take care of your toys.

The team at auto zone were extremely friendly and helpful with helping diagnosis the issue with my vehicle. Once the issue was found the team got the parts I needed and installed them on the spot. I could not have had a better experience.

Gerald, Jay and everyone who works at the Charles Town store are amazing. So helpful, they actually care about the customer and it shows in their awesome customer service. Wish I could give them more stars!

I have stopped by this location 2 times recently and requested for my check engine light to be coded. Both times Jay was there to assist me... let me just say, he is awesome! Both times, he ran the engine light and brought me inside to explain what was going on. His customer service is spot on plus some extra! He made me feel like I was the only person in the store. He even took the time to explain what each code meant (because I know nothing about cars). Anyways, he's the bomb!
By the way, he stood out even more because the 2 other employees (girl with shorter blonde hair and guy with crazy curly tan hair) paid no attention to me ... aka I stood at the front counter for a WHILE, neither of them said even hi to me, didn't seek to help me. I felt invisible. It wasn't until blonde girl was all mad about something and went back to get Jay, then he saw me and immediately assisted me. Once again ... Jay is awesome.

Friendly, prompt, professional staff . We had a dead battery on a trip to Harpers Ferry. We jumped the battery and found this auto zone . They promptly tested and then replaced the battery . Going the extra mile to properly clean and grease the terminal connectors . In and out inside of 20 minutes. Paul was the Best !

Tons of parts. There have been very few items I have not been able to get from them. Most items that are not in-store can be made available the next day.
The staff is very knowledgeable and genuinely care about you and your project.

Excellent customer service. Thought battery or alternator was bad. Rep checked it, cleaned terminal, and found all was good. Didn't try to sell us. Will return when needed!! Honest, helpful, professional folks.

Paul was able to find the proper ISO 32 oil I needed for my application very quickly and had it waiting as I arrived. Excellent Customer Service.

The Staff is always very friendly and try to make sure they get exactly what you need. And not afraid to ask another staff member if they aren't sure they are correct. Fast service and polite too!
