A very spacious, good location place to have coffee, tea and bakery items. Staff were friendly and service was great. Shout out to Nevaeh - she was a wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. She is a great person to talk to. Despite her very young age, she demonstrated great communication and social skills.💯👍💯

I have been a regular customer here for OVER 5 years they know me by name, they know exactly what I order, and there always willing to help!! They even offer vegan/vegetarian friendly items on their menu!

I meet here regularly for coffee with a couple of friends. The coffee is not gourmet, but it is fine and priced right. Service is quick and always with a smile. The tables are always clean. And the atmosphere is great for conversation. It is a great place to meet and talk over coffee.

Great place to grab a bite to eat and have a conversation. We ended up coming the day that the top dogs were visiting the branch and we grabbed a picture with them :) It is great to see people that can have fun while also working hard.

Anna is the best Cashier at Panera hands down. Always friendly and helpful.

Wonderful experience. I was waited on by Kai and was unpleasantly surprised to see a mentally Ill woman harassing him about his name tag? If you’re reading this Kai keep your head up king. If you don’t have haters you’re doing something wrong. KEEP IT UP!!!

Caring and considerate staff. I’m here for breakfast (a slower time of day) there seem to be a couple of new employees who are being trained. The training staff is communicating very clearly and calmly. Everyone seems to know what to do and how to do it. Just what you want to see to foster a supportive work staff. I’m sitting with the computer crowd and the manager steps in to move tables so guests are more comfortable.

This location needs a little love with updating the decor. But that lack of care doesn’t seem to affect the staff. Corporate should make an effort to update the inside of this location... their investment would be very worth it.

Typical Panara Bread experience. Good soups, sandwiches and salads.

I have visited this restaurant for over 6 years. There have been a few mistakes along the way but the majority of the time I find the dining area clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the food delicious. The mangers have always been quick to resolve any problem.

The service is always prompt with the staff being friendly, patient, and willing to help. The baked goods are great, yet some sell out well before the day's over. The menu changes often, with new items that reflect the current season being added often. This gives visits a fresh experience each time if one is wanting to try something new. This location also offers plenty of outdoor seating as well that include large umbrellas to offer shade. As a whole, I've never had bad experiences here, but during my last visit I couldn't drink their water. Something about it really just tasted off, despite refilling and sipping new glasses a few times.

Those seeking catering for business: This site has excellent catering services, and overall fantastic customer service. They accommodated my large order despite arriving 30 minutes early. Desiree F was a pleasure to work with. She provided an itemized receipt and throughout info on ingredients (due to dietary restrictions). They even walked my order to my car in horrible weather. This site went the extra mile.

The management staff is very helpful in allowing me to set up a nice display in a section of their restaurant for a few hours to promote my business. Where I was allowed to set up, it was right by the door so customers would walk in and see the display. Thankfully- the general manager is really supportive and allowing me to come back! :D

The location in Ranson is the best! I love everything I've eaten there. Plus, the service is great! The environment is nice too. Sometimes I think they forget to wipe down tables but that's the only negative thing I would say.

Never bothered to go to Panera since everyone there looked like they 'belonged'. But have now made it my go-to since the food is super good and fairly well portioned. Plus who doesn't like freshly baked bread?

We used their excellent catering service for a 20 guest party. Our order was complex, but the website was easy to use and provided a wide variety of food. The order was delivered on time and in carefully wrapped bags.
All of the food was delicious, and the breads and meats were fresh.
Every sandwich had ample amounts of meats and special seasonings. All of our guests were pleased.
Attention management...you have a great team at the Ranson store. We plan to use the PANERA CATERING SERVICE for all future celebrations.

Fast service, great food - always reliable. This location is clean and spacious as well. Never a bad experience.

I've been going to this location for almost a year now. When I've gone, its frequently been lightly busy, always had friendly staff, and so far every one of my orders have been correctly the first time. What more can you ask for?
