uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

My husband had an issue with his phone. Normally, our provider can fix or walk us through it. Not this time. She recommended uBreakiFix. We walked in and was greeted by a very nice gentleman. He took my hubby's phone in back and I'd say it was not even 5 minutes later and his phone was fixed.

My phone screen cracked after falling on the ground.. I could not make calls. I went to my AT&T store and they directed me to file a claim with my insurance protection. The next day, I was asked to drop it off at the nearest UBreakIFix. Within 3 hours, my phone was fixed and back on track. Thank you asurion!

Honest and professional. They tried replacing my wife’s old phone screen but realized near the end of the fix that the motherboard was damaged so it would be pointless to replace the screen. They called me promptly to ask if I wanted to skip the repair (they reverted to the old broken screen) and they didn’t charge me at all!! Very friendly customer service. Highly recommend.

Matthew had excellent customer service skills (for example, he asked how my day was going!) and put me at ease. My phone screen was fixed in the time frame he gave me. Am very pleased.

I took my phone in after being completely destroyed. They were able to put a screen on with the phone being in very bad condition. They were super nice and friendly I would highly recommend going to them if you need repairs.

I was told that they had a replacement screen, however when I got there ( drove 1hr to get there) he said he had to send some back they were broke..
He also said done would be available on November 9 or later,and told me what my next step would need to be.
