We were looking for a caterer who would serve quality and unique food for my now daughter-in-law's bridal shower. Brita far exceeded our expectations! The presentation, variety, and taste of the food was amazing! My guests were talking about how delicious everything was long after the event. You will have an experience like none other if Brita is your caterer of choice.

Brita’s food is the best there is! We have ordered from her numerous times, both for our family to enjoy and to serve to guests or bring to parties. Both sweet (cupcakes and coconut macaroons are our favorite) and savory (the quiches and biscuits/gravy!) are to die for. With Flour also catered my baby shower this fall and to this day, everyone still talks about how amazing the food was. Brita made an incredible assortment of sweet and savory brunch/breakfast options in a buffet style. She worked with us to select a menu that was exactly what we wanted and everything was made fresh and on premises. As foodies, it was important to us that the food went beyond your average breakfast buffet and Brita went above and beyond. Also, the presentation was beautiful. We can’t recommend her more for food for your family or any event you have!

Brita was so helpful in planning a vegetarian meal for a meditation retreat of 20. Everyone raved about the beautiful presentation and delicious food! The galettes and carrot cake were especially big hits.

Brita helped cater my baby shower and was an absolute delight to work with. She made the best carrot cake cupcakes i have ever had! The quiches and frittatas were another hit. Brita was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Brita has a true gift - I knew she was talented, but the pure love, thought, and positive energy she puts into every detail of her cooking is absolutely next level. Local, nourishing, and did i mention the best food I have ever tasted? My mouth is watering just thinking about the 7 course dinner she prepared for our group of 15. I gave her very little direction and she pulled off a show-stopper menu that people are still raving about. Not to mention the thoughtfulness she went through to make sure our GF & Vegan guests had an equally lovely experience without feeling like an imposition- AT ALL. I am counting the moment until I can experience her food again. Brita creates magic.

Love love love With Flour in Her Hair! Everything I’ve ordered has tasted amazing! The chicken pot pies (all versions of them) are my all time favorite, but there hasn’t been a single thing I’ve ordered that my friends, family and I haven’t all loved! Will continue to order again and again! :)

Brita made me a wedding cake that was not only beautiful but by far the best tasting wedding cake I have ever had. My guests were raving about it the next day!! This girl has a gift!

We have ordered from Brita for years and love everything she makes! My personal favorites are the biscuits and gravy and the sausage/mushroom quiche. Her pecan pie has become a staple at our family's Thanksgiving. Highly recommend for events, holidays, or whenever you are craving something delicious.

I originally started ordering during the pandemic when there was a notecard left at my parent's address. 100% worth every single penny to order from here! It all started with the biscuits and gravy (my fav), and then I started ordering all the sweets available. How to order may have change a bit since then, but it's amazing to see the versatility of what the upcoming weeks' new menu will be. All of Brita's creations look like they belong in magazines, and taste even better than how they look. This business has come such a long way, and I'm so happy to have been a customer in the earlier days. I cannot stress enough how worth while it is to order from here, do yourself a favor and splurge for something truly unique.

Brita catered cupcakes for my wedding and I have been a regular orderer from her. Simply delicious! Brita runs a welll organized kitchen that produces the most delectable quiches, entrees, pies, desserts and my favorite all her cookies! Great communication and response time. You won’t b disappointed.

Brita’s quiches are extraordinary. She has perfected the art of custard. The texture and fresh ingredients are irresistible and a must try! Her quiches are perfect for breakfast, brunch or a summer dinner! My second most favorite item are her cookies. You can definitely not eat only one. You cannot duplicate her cookies anywhere. Yum!

Brita’s skill, creativity and customer service is unsurpassed. Her quiches stand out for their fine crust, smooth filling and delicious combination varieties. Her banana bread is another item we always look forward to. That’s just a couple of highlights on a consistently changing and tempting menu.

Brita is a treasure. She has feed my family with her weekly menu’s. Her crust in legendary in our house. Professionally she had catered for two work events for my staff and also held pop-up shops outside my business. Brita is beyond talented not only loved by my family but staff and customers as well.
