Vinny and Beth are the dynamic duo!! I picked my wedding venue based on tasting Vinny’s food! Everything Vinny made was so thoughtful and the presentation was 10/10. Beth made the entire planning process so easy and she was there for me every step of the way leading up to the wedding. They are both great people who genuinely care about your special day. Vinny bringing out the sausage cart at the end of the night made it THAT much more amazing!! Thank you so much Vinny and Beth!!

I cannot express enough how amazing Vincent Bianco catering was! We had our wedding at Smith Barn in Peabody 9.22.23 and EVERYTHING leading up to our wedding was seamless and stress free! The food was DELICIOUS and I received so much praise from my guests! Both Vinny and Beth were a dream to work with and their staff was amazing.

We cannot thank Vinnie enough!! Everything was absolute perfection from the planning and figuring out our menu to delivery and set up! Our guests are still raving about the food!! Everyone raved about the food, and Beth specifically was involved in coordinating our event as well for setup and breakdown. We had our wedding at the Smith Barn in Peabody, MA and Vinny was one of our vendor options and we are so THANKFUL we booked with him.
We booked our venue 2.5 months out, Vinny and Beth handled it so perfectly. They helped us create the best menu for our special day.
Our guests are still talking about how perfect the meat was cooked, how fresh the salad was made, and how fresh and perfectly cooked the haddock was. Food is a MAJOR for your wedding day and you cannot go wrong booking Vincent Bianco Catering their whole team for day of were incredible!!

Vinny and his staff catered our wedding this May at Smith Barn. From start to finish- we had the BEST experience with Vinny! He was available at all times for our questions or any changes we made- even in the midst of moving his business! It is clear how passionate it is about what he does. The food and staff were AMAZING and we have not stopped receiving compliments. Vinny even kept extras apps aside for my husband and I when we were so busy doing the rounds saying hello to everyone so we could enjoy all of our selections.
We worked with his coordinator Beth who made everything so seamless and made sure we had a layout of how the whole day would look. She killed it on the day of and was so helpful!
10/10 recommend and would love to work with them again in the future!

Vinny and his team are top notch! They have the highest quality meats, freshest ingredients, generous catering portions and the best staff around. Super clean storefront. The specialty subs are amazing! Must try the Italian sub, the Godfather and the best steak and cheese I’ve ever had (Thursday special). The biggest difference is in the quality of the ingredients Vin uses. The best!

So far I've had two subs here. A meatball chicken parm which was excellent.

However they make a special steak and cheese sub on Thursdays. It is out of this world good. Honestly the best steak and cheese I've ever had.

We had Vinnie for a truck catering at the company I work for in Peabody. The only lousy thing is I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. It was amazing, the food was awesome, his creativity was perfect and he was a true professional. He is the best of the best, don't hesitate one sec to hire this guy.

We recently celebrated my daughter’s wedding at the Smith Barn in Peabody. The caterer for the event was Vincent Bianco Custom Catering. Our dinner included short ribs or chicken marsala, garlic mashed potatoes, fresh green beans and caesar salad. The appetizers were bacon wrapped scallops, cheese steak bites and a cheese and veggie platter. The food was delicious! Our guests raved about the scallops which Vincent buys from the Cherry St Fish Market in Danvers. My favorite entree was the short ribs which were cooked and seasoned perfectly. The marsala was equally as good - tender and tasty. Our only regret was that I wish we had ordered the charcuterie board. Vincent and his coordinator Beth were a pleasure to work with. They were readily available to answer questions and offer support. Great food and a great team!!

Vinny, Beth, and the rest of the team at Vincent Bianco Catering knocked it out of the park. From working closely with my daughter to plan her wedding on a short timeline to accommodate military obligations, to making sure that the menu was sufficient without overdoing it, to the professionalism of the entire team, everything was perfect. Of course, the real reason you hire a caterer is for the food, and every bit of it was amazing. The beans were delicious and crunchy. The potatoes were roasted and seasoned perfectly. The chicken was just right, fully cooked without being the slightest bit dry. The marinaded steak tips were tender and full of flavor. But the star of the show was the fish. The crumb topping was deliciously buttery without being heavy and the haddock was clearly very fresh and expertly prepared. My guests could not stop raving about how delicious everything was. This father of the bride could not have been happier. Thank you Vinny and your team for helping to make the happy couple’s special day an amazing experience

We hired Vincent Bianco for our daughter’s Birthday dinner. Let me tell you that you won’t be disappointed in anything when using Vincent Bianco Catering. Communication about everything was on point. His professionalism and persona was great as well. The food itself... DELICIOUS! We had the Chicken Piccata (dairy free) Rigatoni Marinara (dairy free), Chicken Broccoli Rigatoni, and the Meatballs. Everything was exactly as described on the menu and the quality and freshness of the food was grade A! He was able to handle a Dairy food allergy for a family member. For the small gathering we had of 8 people no one had a complaint! They were happy and satisfied that repeat business will be coming soon! Thank you for everything and checking in making sure things were good!

Vinny catered a backyard birthday for about 30 people and the food was amazing! He was super sweet and patient while putting together the menu and was happy to help with some small customization. We went with chicken broccoli ziti, sausage peppers and onions, wings, and meatballs. Just about all my guests were asking for the name of the caterer after we ate! He also conveniently dropped off the order making the day that much easier. Will definitely use him again in the future. Thanks Vinny!

If you don’t like long reviews , the short of it is Vincent Bianco catering SAVED my wedding. They were warm, friendly and incredibly efficient (right down to the clean up). The long story is I am a pandemic bride. When my wedding had to be changed and rearranged I was absolutely lost . I have no interest in wedding planning, I just knew I wanted my husband and family to have an incredible day! We called Vincent Bianco catering because we already knew the food was incredible. What I didn’t know, and what I hope many will read, is that Vincent is so much more than just your standard “show up with food and serve with a smile “ caterer . He talked me through my planning. Made incredible recommendations to help my backyard look like a perfectly set up wedding venue . The day of the wedding when those inevitable jitters set in Vinny and his team were right there for me like they were my own family . Checking on special requests for the elderly members of my family (even making their plates so they didn’t have to get up!) making sure I ate, as well as giving me that final “you look great! Get out there and get married!” That I needed as I walked out. Though they elevated our humble backyard bash to an elegant function they moved with ease amongst family and friends as if we had all known each other forever . Vinny, Jill, and Janice , I can’t thank you enough. You truly made my wedding perfect and memorable in every way.

The communication from beginning to end was clear, Vinny was an awesome guy to talk to and made sure we felt happy and comfortable with everything every step of the way.

After the wedding, we heard nothing but rave reviews about every dish served! The short rib was fantastic, the sausage cart was a real fun end to the night, and the steak and cheese rolls are can't miss.

Vincent Bianco catered my backyard party this weekend. His food was delicious. Everything was handmade. The Greek Salad was the very best I have ever had. His steak tips, turkey tips and sausages with pepper and onions were, bar none, the very best.

His service was top notch!! I did not have to do a thing. He set up and broke down without any commotion to our guests or us.

I will be calling him again!!!! Do not hesitate to call Vincent to cater your next event!!!!!

We recently hired Vincent Bianco to throw a backyard barbecue for 30 ladies. The food was top quality, fresh and delicious. We had steak, chicken, burgers, greek salad, pasta salad and potato salad. Vincent was very well organized, cooking and laying out the spread with all accompaniments efficiently. He brought everything that he needed with him, cleaned up, and took his equipment out with him, making it easy for us to enjoy the party. Vincent is also easy to work with, kind and polite.
We highly recommend this company and will absolutely hire him again. Thanks Vincent!

We chose Vincent Bianco catering for our wedding day this past Fall, and it was truly the absolute best decision we have ever made!!!!! Seriously, the absolute BEST DECISION EVER!!!! Vinnie felt like family from day one— he gave us his personal cell phone number, and he was available 24/7 for literally any and all of our needs, and for any questions that my husband, my family, and I had. He made sure to go out of his way frequently to call and text us throughout the wedding planning process to check in with us, and to see how we were doing, and he and his team were there for us for absolutely everything. He made it clear each and every day how important and special our day was to him, and how much he and his team cared about us, our family, and our event. Vinnie truly went above and beyond to make sure that every detail of our wedding day was flawless and exactly what we wanted. We had the most beautiful food tasting with him, and his food was literally the best food we have ever eaten. Vinnie and Michelle made the entire wedding process so special, memorable, and incredible for us because of how much they cared about us and our big day!

The presentation was the best we have ever seen at a wedding, and my meal was the most amazing meal I have EVER had.
