I needed 2 12v batteries for my very old Black and Decker electric lawnmower which I wasn’t sure they would have but Celeste helped me right away and was very knowledgeable with what I needed. She immediately found batteries in stock that would fit or if I wanted to match the exact same batteries offered to special order but I decided to go with what was in stock. I was met with professionalism, knowledge and excellent customer service by Celeste! Thank you!

The picture is of a X2 power battery that lasted me for 8 years and was still going although it's capacity was dropping slowly so it need to be replaced.. but 8 years... That's pretty good reliability for a car battery. And it never up and quit Just slowly got weaker.

Recently stopped by batteries Plus and the staff were very friendly and helpful.. helped me find their newest X2 battery replacement and installed it free of charge..

We'll see how things go but if it's anything like the first battery I had I expect reliability to be just as good.. I will definitely update if anything changes 🙃👍

Till then I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend this place to anybody without issue.. sure you might pay a little bit more but quality components goes a long way in keeping your car healthy and reliable..

I went to replace a recently purchased car battery from Batteries+ and received one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a while. Celeste, the worker on duty, went into the back of the store, returned with tools and together, in the parking lot we removed and replaced my defective battery.
It may not seem like much but her demeanor, knowledge and attention to detail really made my day. Batteries+ today you've gained a new loyal customer!

Walked in the store and was immediately greeted by an employee. He quickly diagnosed my motorcycle battery was no longer usable and recommended two batteries within minutes. Told me of the price differences and warranties, etc. Was in and out of the store very quickly! Very satisfied, this was my second battery purchase from this store.

One stop shopping, I needed a non-regular battery and a somewhat off-sized bulb. I was able to order the battery online and paid for it getting an immediate email confirmation. By the time I drove to the store (18 miles) I received the email my item was. ready. Inside I was greeted with a smile, my battery presented and when I showed the bulb I needed I was walked to the section and found exactly what I needed. Online ordering even gave me a discount! My car battery was not holding a charge and I needed a new one. Batteries plus in Vista was the solution. Good prices, great service. When I arrived for my appointment everything needed was set aside and ready to go.

The whole shopping experience was good! It was me that took a few days to pick up the batteries. The batteries were made just this month which made me feel good! The staff were very professional! The batteries were already on the cart (I ordered 6!). The young man asked if I had a carrying tool and sold that to me also! I would have had to lug them to the golf cart.

I had a problem with my iPhone battery and went in for a new one. But the technician said the problem was with the charging, not the battery, and he fixed it on the spot. Great service; great expertise

Bought a couple new batteries for my boat online and picked them up in the store. Couldn't have been easier. Great quality Duracell batteries and a very reasonable price too!

I appreciated the work, the easy appointment set up, the cost, and the prices. It took a long time to process my service as it appears employees were frustrated with the computer system. I did not tell the employees with enough time that I had a coupon (which was a great factor in picking this store) so I did not get the discount.

I had the MOST INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! I'm still delirious from it. It was at Batteries Plus Bulbs in Vista, California. Duke was the gentleman who executed on this amazing service experience. I called to see if they had the battery for my car and I was told yes and to go online to purchase it then come in and they would install it for FREE. I went online from my cell phone to their website and the experience was easy peasy. I even got a 10% discount! I then went to the store. Duke greeted me at the front door and said all I needed to do was sit in my car and he would take care of changing out my old battery with my new battery. It took less than 10 minutes! I wish they could write the bible on customer service.

The service was amazing, Julian help me installed my mototcycle battery in the parking lot, I have limited tools, and took his tools out help me install my battery. Definitely will do business again with this organization. Ordered and picked up on the same day, that is what I call fast!!!
