Old Navy

This review is specifically for a very lovely woman named Patty who was so helpful and sweet to my little daughter while shopping she even gave her a balloon, great customer service! I would go back to this location just because of my experience with her

I don't shop for clothes often but this is a favorite of my wife when we do. I had a great time. Patty was extremely helpful at the register and Mary Z was fun and kept things moving in the fitting room. I'm sure I will return. Lots of staff organizing racks. Prices were average and selection was very good.

TIKA at the Danbury store is an amazing store manager. She was very helpful to myself and my children as we shopped. She offered options even when we thought we out of options. Talking to TIKA you knew right off the bat she's a great person and manager she jumped in to help out her team members in the fitting rooms, cash register and just overall customers in the store. She saw the puzzled look on my face while shopping and knew right away I needed help. I really was struggling as my trip is getting closer and I'm having a hard time finding items to fit my children. I needed bathing suits that were age appropriate for my 14 year old that couldn't fit girls size and my soon to be 2 year old that's so chunky. TIKA is amazing and due to wonderful service we will be back and would recommend old navy Danbury to anyone

Went in for a particular sweatshirt. Found it 30% off. I'm happy. Also found a great dress for a casual wedding in October. $16? Works for me. Love both purchased. Checkout line moved quickly, everyone pleasant

Only store I really shop in for my whole family!! I’ve never ever had a bad experience!! I think there’s a gentleman names Anthony and he’s always so nice. As are all the other employees asking if you need help finding anything!

The manager and her crew was very nice and respectful towards me and my family I went in for one thing and the manager did help with it and also show some stuff which 400.00 later I was very happy..

Store always has amazing sales, staff has always been super nice. Never had a bad shopping experience

They are well stocked. The employees are friendly and helpful. Face masks are required.

Old navy is always a win for me and the kids, but since they no longer make sweetheart curve jeans, she's done.
