Super fast and good service! I gave Gary my phone and the part I was asked to order for the afternoon and brought me back a phone with a working screen!

Gary is absolutely amazing! I called on a Sunday afternoon because the port on my phone was having issues and not charging. I was leaving for a work trip the following week and would have been in difficult situation if my phone died while I was abroad. Gary picked up the phone and gave me advice on how to fix it and to call him back if cleaning out the port didn't work (I've been having issues with the port for a few months). He offered to meet the next day and fixed my phone within 2 hours. He absolutely saved me and his prices are incredibly reasonable. I've worked with other phone repair shops and he is absolutely a tier above. I can't think of anyone else I would go with and you shouldn't either.

Awesome service. I needed my screen glass replaced- Gary came to my house within 5 minutes (I don't know if he can always be quite that fast), and was back with my repaired phone within 30 minutes.

I'll also mention that Gary is a really pleasant guy and very kind- oddly enough my mother was staying in an airbnb rental of his when she was in a car accident, and needed to stay longer than anticipated. Gary was super kind and helpful throughout.

I got my iphone screen replaced here a few months ago and it was so easy and convenient! You have the option for home repair or to meet at the place on Solano, which I felt better about. I also felt the price was very fair. I will definitely be back for any screen issues in the future!

Friendliest service ever. Gary was so warm, and fixed my phone screen quickly. We had to trouble shoot an issue with the camera, but I had time and enjoyed talking with him and figuring out the issue. We got it figured out, and I have a good-as-new phone now. Even with the camera issue, it took a total of 1.5 hours to fix, which is way faster than a lot of other places. Highly recommend this place!

My iPhone X screen had gone completely black, but was still technically on. I was scared I would lose everything that wasn't backed up. I called and was able to schedule an appointment for that day. About an hour after dropping off my phone they delivered it to my location, fully restored with all my data intact. I even received some good insight about my upcoming trip to Cuba (they had recently visited).

Had my granddaughter’s iPhone repaired a few days ago. Broken screen- what a delightful, efficient gentleman, Gary Albert, located in Albany 503 Solano Ave (across from Safeway). We were in and out within half hour and phone is working beautifully.

Gary did a great job of repairing my iPhone 5. I came in needing a new battery and he did it quickly and well at a good price. He also was very helpful in making sure I knew how to take care of the battery and get the best performance out of it.

A few days later we came back because the phone charging cord did not click in properly. Without question Gary replaced the charging port free of charge. Even though it was not the part that he had directly replaced, he was more than happy to get the phone back to perfect function. He had incredible integrity and stands behind his work 100%. I would trust him with my phone unconditionally, I know that he will always make it right and be fair. He is also a great guy and fun to hang out with.

Gary is extremely accommodating--got back to me quickly and even fixed my busted screen the day after suffering a back injury while in noticeable pain. Very easy to deal with and at a great price. Will be recommending to anyone panicking about their broken devices.

I personally didnt get to meet the owner (my son brought the phone in for me) but my phone left with a dead battery and came back to me good as new. My son said he's a really nice guy, and he charged a fair price. Hope I don't need any further fixes for awhile, but if so I'll go back to Wireless Options. Strongly recommend them. So fast and so nice! My iPhone screen was shattered (okay, for like 6 months), but then yesterday the LCD failed and went all purple and striped. It took no time at all (really like 10 minutes) for Wireless Options to fix my phone, and it was $100 flat, way less than some other places I looked at. Gary was warm, friendly, and efficient, and it was a much more pleasant experience than a phone crisis has any right to be.
