Chipotle Mexican Grill

Young man who took our order was extremely nice. He spoke with us. Wasn't rushy like most the employees are here. He let me sample the al pastor. Witch I ended up getting! He really just had great customer service! Wish I would've gotten his name! I've never had such good customer service at this chipotle! He needs a raise!

Chipotle is the best fast food money can buy and this store is the best store you can buy food at. The staff is friendly and respectful, the Gm and Am’s are highly professional and the food tastes incredible. If you’re on Franklin street, eat here.

Ive eaten at Chipotle 3 times in my life. 1 time i got sick and the other time it was just mediocre. This time I can safely say it was a 4/5 experience. That's some good quality stuff. Very skilled burrito artisans. And a very high level of professionalism. If they could make parts for my company I'd have them do it they're so good! lol

The whole family loved it! The Food was exceptional.

The downside was we had to go back to the counter several times: they were out of some silverware in the dining area, and 2 of the specialty drinks were out and needed to be refilled.

Same issue of the speciality drinks (Lemonade) being empty on a return visit months later. Suggesting a possible chronic problem?).

I've always been a fan of this Chipotle. The atmosphere is as good as I've seen in any Chipotle. Portion sizes are great, food is always well cooked and chips are nicely crispy. Guacamole is very fresh and service is prompt and friendly. Neutral Good Chipotle.

Super busy but they knock everything out quickly and with great quality.

The atmosphere would be improved if my husband and son would not fight. You could carry on a conversation with someone hard of hearing. Same food, but it has the best atmosphere of any Chipotle I have been to.

Parking horrible but the food is fresh, staff is kind and they don't cheat you on your amounts of food... I don't know how many chipotles I go to I have to explain to the managers or workers how the bowl has a concave lid so the amount of food in the bowl should exceed the top of the bowl... if they want to give you less, the lid would be flat... this Chipotle is the only one I haven't had to explain that, too... so it's one of my favorite...

I like that Chipotle can offer a healthier fast food option but am usually disappointed at the quality of the food and time it takes to be served. Not the case at this restaurant at all. Was served very quickly with good portions that were hot and tasted good (the lady who served me had pink hair and she was great, idk her name).

ingredients were fresh and didn't feel dry like they usually do, i got a lot of food in my burrito and it was properly wrapped even when it was as big as it was, the limited seat that was there was kept properly sanitized and spread apart a safe distance from each other.

This location is excellent, spoke with the asst mgr Amber and she was fantastic. She was very caring and passionate about Chipotle and wanted things perfect for us. Love the food and also the meat free option "sofritas" We will be back here for sure.

There was a young woman working there named Natalie who turned our burrito eating outing into a wonderful experience. Not only did Natalie make the best burritos we've ever had, she helped us make wise decisions about additions. Natalie took it up a notch and filled our day with smiles. She told us about how they make the guacamole and Chipotle's unshakable commitment to freshness!

Best chipotle anywhere and super nice

Good food and and decent quantity! My only complaint is the cost of queso! 1.25$ come on its just one scoop, but besides this its a good place for quick and taste food!

I always have a great interaction with the workers. I have been eating here for four years. Great location, nice outside patio on top of the nice inside area. Perfect for all occasions.
