Martin's Stove & Fireplace

Paul and Bill were amazing and cleaned my stovepipe thoroughly and with care. They discovered my stove pipe cap was almost completely clogged and cheerfully spent the time to clean it thoroughly, and that was no small task. They did an amazing job, were careful to keep the area clean and vacuumed thoroughly before they left. Super nice guys and I would recommend this company to everyone! Thanks guys!

We did our research on a new gas fireplace and found that Martin's was the best for many reasons. Some of those reasons include quality product and product knowledge while shopping. Ken was great to work with and Bryan and Patrick did the install. They were prompt, efficient and thorough. They also took great care protecting our carpeting and keeping everything clean while working and they complied with COVID safety measures. Their work was meticulous and Bryan went over all of the instructions for use with me when he was finished installing. The fireplace is beautiful and we are extremely happy with their professionalism and finished product. We highly recommend Martin's.

3-2023. The Team and technician at Martins are dedicated and committed to helping the customer. My outside boiler system was in need of timely TLC and Josh, Patrick, Brian and even a prior employee Ken, responded and provided us service that “IS” unmatched by industry standards. This is not the first time either… when we walk into the store or call we are met by everyone with such friendliness and respect that you know you’re getting genuine people and excellent service. We purchased our new Liberty stove and had it installed end of January. Involved extensive outside and inside chimney work that no other company would touch. Not only did Martin's say it COULD be done, they traveled to Lafayette which is beyond their normal territory, to take care of a customer that wanted their wood heat for winter. Bryan and Patrick braved the cold and did a fantastic job of rerouting our stove pipes and setting up new stove. It looks fabulous! Super neat and clean install. And more importantly, it's done correctly and it's now safe. We couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Ken, Bryan, Patrick and all staff at Martin's. Incredible customer service! Not only will be returning for pellet stove purchase in next few months, we will remain a customer for life!

We had Martins install a gas fireplace, they are amazing people to work with. We dealt with Ken
at the store in Geneva, he was very friendly and answered all my questions. Bryan and Nat installed it with great professionalism. They had to cut into the wall to install it. No mess!!! and fast. I was really surprised. Bryan had a lot of good ideas of how to install the stone. It looks amazing!!!!!!!!!!

Great stove and great Install. Ken kept us informed through the entire process and his communication was great. Bryan did a fantastic job on the removal of an old wood-burning stove who's chimney leaked every time it rained, repaired the roof structure that had been damaged, and installed a great system. The best part, the first evening after he installed it, it poured rain. Not a drop came through. Couldn't be happier.

They came and installed our gas insert quickly and efficiently. They Let me know what they were doing along the way and took the time to make sure I had no questions or concerns before they left. After several attempts to get our propane fireplace working, Bryan fixed it in less than an hour! Highly recommend Martin's for fixing fireplaces, weedwhackers and lawn mowers! Glad we bought our grasshopper mower several years ago with them and have since been introduced to great service!

We are very pleased with the sell and installation of our new Lopi Endeavor wood stove. Ken was able to work us in the stores' busy season.The stove has been installed and it is a Cadillac compared to the old stove we were using.We are very pleased with the operation of the stove.Two thumbs up!!!!!!!!!! We had a great experience with Martin’s....they were very knowledgeable and informative...Ken (our sales person) was the best...we wanted the stove to be installed before Christmas and he said that they were very busy with the schedule for installation but would see what he could do...we received a call from him yesterday telling us that he could not get us in on the 22nd as we had requested but they had gotten done early on another job and they could come over that afternoon!!! We were at Wegmans shopping but cut our shopping short and drove home so we could have them put in our new gas stove....they did a great job and it looks beautiful as well as keeping us warm now in the lower level of the house...would highly recommend them to anyone looking for gas or wood stoves....thank you ken !!!!
