AT&T Store

Manager Jason and assistant Steve did an outstanding job of explaining billing plans, phones, uploading pictures and contacts. They are the most efficient and helpful problem solvers I have ever encountered in a cell phone and data store. They truly care about people. I would drive hundreds of miles in Montana and surrounding states to have them solve any problem. Most importantly they are honest and do not sell you something just to pad their pockets. This was the third time in this store for various reasons and I am completely impressed!

Jason and Steve were absolutely wonderful. My frustrations with my account and lines were addressed and they helped me adjust my plan to best accommodate my needs.

I had an exceptional experience with Jason and Jennifer at the store. They went above and beyond to assist me in upgrading my phone and service to FirstNet. Despite the tedious and complex process, they stayed late to guide me through every step, ensuring a smooth transition. Jason's dedication, staying extra late, truly impressed me. Their expertise, patience, and exceptional customer service deserve recognition, and I believe they both deserve a raise for their outstanding efforts.

Wow! What a great store ran by great people!

Teddy and Jason worked with us today through a really tough situation with two of our phones. They spent several hours getting our phones back online and helping us with a flat tire.

If you are deciding between this AT&T store and anywhere else to get a new phone, I highly recommend going here, especially if Jason and Teddy are there.

Jason and Teddie we're great. They exceeded my expectations in all aspects. They genuinely cared about me and my family. After they helped me with my phones, Jason helped me with my flat tire and changed my tire. This experience restored my faith in ATT. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone. The Gentleman was Very helpful and knowledgeable.... Prompt and Courteous

This store and its employees are incredible! The one person running the show here who makes all the difference is Var. this young lady, though her stature be diminutive, is a powerhouse! She knows everything. The other employees are all good too because she has trained them well. If she is available and not with another customer, you would do well to ask for her to serve you. The store is well stocked with great inventory, is very clean, and has easy access. I have never ever been disappointed visiting here.

The young lady was very helpful. She had a customer before us and he was diffcult. He did not understand why she could not help him with another persons account. She was so patient and compassionate. He did not understand what she was telling him what he needed to do. But she was always understanding and very patience. The was a few of us in line but because with how she trying to help him all the customers were patience. She helped me and 3 other customers with other situations after the man left. She was kind and patient with all of use. She helped the rest of us in a kind and efficient manner. KUDOS TO HER. She working alone but she was amazing.

Very helpful. Both employees we met were well mannered and very polite. They went above and beyond to get us good deals and male sure we were happy and satisfied with our new phones. We hadtogo back to get a bug on one phone fixed and they were prompt and well informed with the issues.

I had an unusual problem with my new cell phone working properly. The woman who helped me was determined to find a solution and she was both successful and amazing. I had previously spent 4 hours on the phone with AT&T Customer Service as well as Apple Support. Neither of them were able to resolve the issue with my phone. Thanks SO MUCH for your help. I will recommend your location to anyone who needs great customer care.

My experience at the Kalispell AT&T store off Idaho St. was absolutely amazing. Vavara was so patient, kind and educational. She was so nice and made me very happy and a satisfied customer! Kudos to her and her exceptional customer service. We are lucky to have people like her, especially during this time.

Came to vacation at Glacier Park. Needed replacement iPhone. Went to Att store and got awesome service from two great, knowledgeable employees. Thank you Jason and Ted for walking me though all aspects of choosing the right phone to suit my needs. Great job ATT !!

I visited the store located on Idaho Street in Kalispell on 1/12/23 to upgrade my phone and cancel a line. Jason was extremely helpful and friendly and took care of everything I needed in 15 minutes. I will always be sure to go to this location any time I need help with my AT&T account. Thanks Jason!
