Absolutely wonderful! The owners were so friendly and working their little booties off! The food was amazing and their refreshers were some of the best we had! We had a few places to visit on our list while visiting canon city, but I think we will just keep coming back here! Also amazing that they also own the gym next door! Definitely 10/10 recommend! Great job guys!

I think I heard them say that they've only been open for a month here. I'm calling this a very fine start! Being this new, the atmosphere feels a tad stark, but they were improving on it (adding more artwork etc.) even as I was there.

And the potential of this place! What they have now is the main area, with comfortable chairs and couches for relaxing or doing a little remote work. But they also have a large outdoor area they are developing so that, weather permitting, they could easily double or triple their capacity and offer a nice outdoor view. And they have another large room that looks like it can function as a meeting room for, say, a business networking group or a Bible study or whatever. Pretty cool set up.

The coffee was awesome (I did Americano), and the two food items I had were both excellent, well-proportioned, and fairly priced. The staff were friendly and responsive. I mean, what more can you ask for? An altogether enjoyable experience.

Started with one of their Refreshers. The watermelon mint and cucumber was light and tasty! Not lacking anything in flavor! I was surprised to find that they serve biscuits and gravy and breakfast burritos on the weekends. However I ordered the chicken bacon ranch Panini and added avocado with a side salad for lighter fare. My beloved ordered a Caprese basil pesto panini and substituted The Caprese with chicken, which they were happy to do for him. Sandwiches are HUGE and the prices are little! I should have just got a sandwich alone. I have to say their salad has all the toppings is a better salad than most restaurants around! I could see coming here just for a salad. Roma tomatoes cucumbers spring mix all the ingredients were fresh and tasty. I'm so picky about onions because they get old fast and they were fresh and sweet! I'm excited to come back and try their smoothies. They have additives like protein collagen and creatine too.

OMG! I just got an everything bagel with avocado spread and oh my… delicious!!! I don’t know what they put in the guacamole/avocado but damn, it’s fantastic!! And the dragon fruit refresher - yum!! 😋

Amazing service, atmosphere, food, drinks, all of it!! I couldn’t figure out what I wanted, the sweet gal working picked/made my protein smoothie and it was absolutely delicious! Then I had the bacon and green chile quiche… WOW, too good. Will be back again and again

Found this place and wanted to try it out with my family. Tasty food and delicious coffee. They have many different types of seating areas and the atmosphere was wonderful. Great and friendly staff who gave us many different suggestions about dinner options in town. Will definitely be coming again!

My experience here blew my expectations out of the water. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch panini, and was shocked to find in my opinion the portion definitely outweighed the price in a good way. Not to mention it definitely being a 10/10 sandwich and one of the better paninis I’ve ever had. I’m not a coffee guy, so I decided to try the peach smoothie, and was again shocked to find that the smoothies are as good as any other smoothie place in the area if not better and I think they set the bar. Extremely comfortable environment, very chill and relaxed and not too cramped by any means. The MOST friendly and enjoyable staff, there’s nothing that I could knock the place on. 10/10, highly recommend, definitely one of my new favorite spots.

The peach smoothie was awesome! Also, I had chicken bacon ranch panini and it was perfect! The food is better, and less expensive, than almost everywhere around! The staff is very welcoming and nice, and the inside is clean and open. It’s a nice place to sit and eat, I will be back…..a lot

Wonderful, Clean, Relaxed and Inviting atmosphere. I've had the chicken bacon ranch panini, lox and bagels and breakfast croissant as well as a couple smoothies and a lot of coffee. Everything is excellent and very fairly priced. A must try if you're looking for simple good food and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere.

I was with 4 other people. We had a delicious lunch with fantastic drinks. The atmosphere was exactly what we wanted- comfortable for reading, chatting and doing some computer.

I like the music they play in here, and the overall atmosphere. Very friendly people and it feels as welcoming as home. The paninis are delicious and highly recommend, along with the smoothies as well definitely reccomend if you’re looking to venture out of the coffee comfort zone.

Their Refreshers are amazing and food fantastic! The location next to the gym is really handy given that they offer healthy pre-workout drinks. Highly recommend.

We were in town visiting our daughter. Rise and grind served as a comfortable and relaxing place to hang out, visit, grab phenomenal sandwiches for lunch, and enjoy some fantastic drinks!!

They definitely breathed new life into the place and offered a much needed new eatery option for our community :)
