I went into make a payment and the staff could not have been nicer. I don't know why everyone's complaining about security, the man at the window was very nice. Maybe since there's another building next door for DSS maybe they're getting them confused? I thought everyone was great.

They don't have the best service to the masses.

Ann Walsh is one of the worst employees working for DSS. She works in the student transportation department. She doesn't care if your kid gets to school and hour and half late or 3 hours late. Her response to that is as long as the bus got them to school that's all that matters.

So if you're kids fails there classes in school and gets left back a year in school. Because they are showing up to school late every day. Due to her negligence in providing accurate bus transportation for your kids.

When everything is said and done. She doesn't care about helping you. Or care about your kids. All she cares about is her paycheck at the end of the week. So now you know who to file a complaint against and seek legal action against to possibly collect retribution, for your child or children getting left back in school a year. Because your children weren't being provided the bus transportation. That they should have been being provided to be on time for school every day.

It doesn't sopprise me that the security guards are iddiois , and it's not just at DSS . Thares a reason they call them Rent a cops . At some places of business if the employees were more polite they wouldn't need to hide behind cows in uniform .

Absolutely disgusting that you let your contractors treat law-abiding citizens that way. This is a prime example of contempt for the public and a perfect example of why people DO NOT trust their government.

I love how the security guards assaulted a journalist here and the useless cops did nothing. We all know that if it was the journalist who put even a finger on a guard or a cop he'd be hauled off to prison no questions asked. Disgrace.

I went there the other day and the African American security guard was harassing my daughter for her number. And she is 14 btw. I will be making further complaints and won’t let this slide.

Unhinged and ridiculous “security” guards work for this place… besides that, this is definitely the most corrupt and pathetic city in NY.

I qualified over a month ago for benefits and I still haven't received my card. Phone service is nasty and unprofessional. No one here does their jobs.

These security guards are thugs. Expect to get harassed and assaulted in this public place
