They are very helpful in this facility. Of many of the government offices, this one is among the cleanest and well maintained, close to the Hilton Hotel next door. Be aware the officials can only assist resident assigned to their facility, no satellite or outside DSS clients.
A troubling element in the waiting area is the large mural painted with talented ability. You can quickly note it is not the creation of a Latino or African-American artist. To avoid playing a race card, I'll avert saying more about an artwork that would be absent from my home.

How does Social Services employ security from Allied like these two pathetic security guards! Total unprofessional! The fat one has absolute zero skills and thinks he intimidates and the other is just as incompetent! Why would anyone hire these pathetic jokers??? Their employer should be just as ashamed as their mothers! Social Services really need to reevaluate this situation! Terrible!
