The employee's I deal with in the Heads Up Tobacco store are well informed, professional and very enjoyable people to interact act with - in my case - 3 or 4 times a month! Heads up is locally owned and operated. I like to keep my money local and support the community. It has wonderful staff, excellent prices, and a huge inventory. Hands down the best shop in town! Thank you

Brad and Justin outdid themselves this time with the salesperson that they hired. I stopped in on the 7th while killing time while waiting for someone to get off work. The salesperson was so helpful, giving me the chance to view all of the different pieces that I wanted to look at, but also recommendations on pieces that caught their eye as well. I didn't really need anything, but the right salesperson can sell anything to anyone, even if they don't need what they are buying, so I bought a new piece, and a V case for it as well. In my 30 years of customer service, this has been the BEST customer service that I have ever received, regardless of what the service needed was. Thank you

Awesome! I can't lie I've often driven past this place and wondered if it was even open ( no offense just the building itself and surroundings look a bit dated ) and to my pleasant surprise it was ! Huge selection, anything you could need, rad, super kind and helpful staff but most importantly patient

Everything needed for your various smoking needs and a nice although very disorganized adult DVD, magazine, toys and related things for the carnal desires and I think the only place in northwest Montana to find the latter mentioned sundries. In business for many decades and not going anywhere anytime soon. This is the only place in the Flathead for the smoke connoisseurs needs and accessories galore. Heads Up is a staple with long term dedicated employees and customers alike.

Love this place . I love the fact there is alot of great items here.the owners are awesome people and the staff is second to none. You walk in here and they show you why you want to buy from them. You walk out of this lil shop thinking w.t.f. these guys made me feel good ... All in all great job steve. I have meet you twice and both times you made us very happy with what we bought from you. You are kind of the reason we stop every time .as soon as I go in there I ask for him.

Best smoke shop in Montana. Period. Huge selection of everything. Bongs, pipes, bowl pieces, dab rigs and accessories, wax pen batteries, rolling papers, and so so much more. Even if you are picky with your smoke shops like I am, this is a must.
