Dunkin'

There’s a massive power outage across southern Maine right now and this is the only Dunkin anywhere that was open this morning…I went this morning and the amount of people there was insane, and as someone who works in the restaurant industry I’ve never seen anything like this before. There were only three people working and all were doing an amazing job! I received excellent customer service despite the hell these people were being put through. I wish I had gotten their names because all of these employees deserve a raise for persevering through the most insane rush I have ever witnessed.

The girl who helped us made a recommendation to have our watermelon raspberry refresher with lemonade... wow, was she right...it was amazing! I wish I got her name because she was super nice and helpful!

Thank you to the generous customers who understand what it's like in fast pace customer service. Only some will understand what it's like in that environment when super short staffed. Friendly people are what gets me through the day

I rarely give places 5 stars but this one earned it. Drive thru line is always so long in the morning, these employees are still friendly and chipper and they get you on your way quickly!
Also good quality drinks/food.

The food was great and the coffee was good as always.

I goes to the South Portland Maine Street Dunkin Donuts every morning and I mean every morning they're always courteous if they make my coffee strong they will fix them right there no matter how many cars are behind me but they always get them right by now and have them ready before I even get there and I don't have to text them their friendly with their regulars and that's what I love about a business

One of the better Dunkin' locations in the Greater Portland area. Easily accessible from any direction and the location itself is newer construction. Typical Dunkin' fare to eat and drink, so if you like Dunkin' then you won't be disappointed here.

Love this location and it's staff. My orders are always correct and timely. Thank you for being great!

Very fast service in there friendly people
