My charging port didn’t work for two years because I’m pretty filthy. I finally went in to get it fixed like a normal person and you couldn’t guess what happened. They fixed it in 20 minutes! Just like that I can stop being a freak complaining about how my $7 cordless charger from TJMAXX doesn’t work after the third use. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The employee was also an absolute gem of a man. Wow. That was amazing. Thank you so much to Fix It Here for solving my two year problem in 20 minutes. I am forever indebted to you.

My older G-7 had an issue with battery swelling. I am returning from Florida and either had to buy new phone or try to repair. I called them, got a quote which I thought was very reasonable, and agreed to come in next day. They held parts and when I arrived they took info, prepared work order and I asked if I could watch. The technician said no problem as it was not busy and repair should take 20 minutes. The cover was off, sealent removed and new battery replaced in 10 minutes. Great job, phone works great and the people are helpful and friendly.
They work on a wide range of phones, so if you got a battery issue, broken screen or other problems, give them a call. I give them a 5 star for the service, price and the welcome attitude.

My phone screen was damaged and I thought I needed a new phone. When I got there I found a girl named Elizabeth and she was working by herself that moment, my first thought was that I had to spend a lot of time there because she was working alone. She greeted me in a very welcomed way and asked me what service I need. And she asked me to wait a moment while she was changing a screen from some other guy. In less than 10 minutes she fished with the guy. She changed my phone screen as well and I had a new phone case with a discount :)

I had my husband bring my phone in to be fixed and they had it done within an hour! Also, a big thank you for cleaning my phone speakers on top of it because I work in kitchens so it was packed with flour and such. Pleastantly surprised :)

Bestbuy next door wanted almost $400 to fix my wife's phone, and quoted 10 days to get the part and do the job. Went into iFix, they where very nice and helpful. Was in and out in less than 40 minutes with a fixed phone. Couldn't recommend a company more than this! A+++

I had to go to 4 different spots before someone was willing to attempt to repair my phone. Service was extremely helpful and accommodating. My phone was fixed in under 15 minutes. I could not be any happier with my experience. It is an understatement to say that I left that store much more content than when I went in.

I brought my phone there to have them fix my note 5. Unfortunately they couldn't get my phone screen work. They tried 3 different LED screens. An was willing to keep getting them from different vendors until it worked. But I choose to not let them. An took my phone back. They also gave me my money back that I gave them for a deposit. Thank you guys for trying to fix. I would recommend you guys to anyone that need there screen fixed

This is my third time working with iFixit at the Maine Mall. This is only the 3rd review I've written in my life and generally don't care for reviews and/or social media. The manager here (whose name I forget... Sorry!) and the staff are extremely helpful. Twice they have worked on my phone (iPhone 6SPlus) and also my wife's iPhone.
First visit, took my iPhone and instead of me having to sign more contracts or pay more monthly for a perfectly good phone.. installed a new battery in 30 minutes. The battery didn't seem to hold a charge, they immediately installed a new one and now 8 months later it is still like a new phone holding a charge all day with heavy use.
Then, my phone was getting hard to hear. They installed a new speaker and voila... like new again at a fraction of the cost. They gave me a returning customer discount. I've also had them update the screen. I have had Apple fix things... and not work... and cost more. I like Apple, but these guys do as good if not better work while you wait and at a fair price. We bought my son an iPad case here too that has held up very well for 8 months (purchased the same day as my battery). The service after the sale is what I find sets them apart. They want you to be satisfied and will do anything to make sure you are.

My daughter smashed her phone and ipad. We went to their store at the mall on a budget and they gave me an amazing deal for both phones and free screen protectors. they fixed the phones and installed the screen protectors all in less than half an hour!!!!

My daughters phone had been run over. They fixed it in less than an hour. The staff was funny and friendly. It wasnt as expensive as I thought as well. I have a Motorola Ive been holding on to because it is my favorite phone. I will be taking it in to have the screen fixed.
