I was in a car accident in July 2021 and called Bill Swank’s office just for some advice. This was my first accident and I had no idea where to even begin. Absolutely the best!! I couldn't have picked a better attorney to represent me in this car accident case. Mr. Swank and his team took care of everything from gathering the information needed for the case to the virtual court arraignment. I was afraid because this was both criminal charges-misdemeanor and civil. I received a ticket that made no sense to me, but Mr. Swank explained everything and with me being a teacher he made sure that nothing would affect my license. We won our case without going to trial and I received no points on my license. It came out better than expected and I couldn't have been more happy!!
