Ashley in customer service is a true professional and greatly appreciated. It’s hard to find dedicated employees these days as everyone seems to be too consumed with their cell phones! She knows her/Kohl’s business.

I loved my experience! Shopping for two Birthdays. One for my 87yr old Mom's gifts and my 7yr old Grandson's gifts. I was able to find the perfect items for each and there were clearance items with a sale price on top of the clearance prices. The young lady that checked me out when done was so patient, kind, and helpful. What a great shopping trip!!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE & VERY GREAT CENTER PLACE LOCATION!! But many changes have happened. They've taken out checkout counters and rearranged the entire store, I like the old way better, it was much better, actually I'm very disappointed.

The employees were the most helpful. I’ll shop there again for sure. So nice to have been helped by these special ladies

Great customer service. My cashier was so pleasant and wanted to help find the converse that was on sales. The person in shoes also tried to find the tennis shoes as well. They all rang up at the regular price so I didn't get them. Disappointed. But the cashier and man from the shoe department did there best to help.

Friendly staff Great Service

Kohls rates high with me due to excellent prices. Usually seem to be short on staff, and the staff that is there usually watches me like I'm about to put these boxers on hangars in my pocket. Yeah right, I have more Kohls cash than I know what to do with! Seems like they pay me to remove items from the location sometimes! Hardest part is using the Kohls cash in the very small window of what seems like a little over 2 days.

Tara was a lovely and most helpful cashier. I found a shirt and tie combination on sale and was told that the sale was only for a second purchase but the price marking did not indicate that. Tara gave me the discounted price for the single item that I wanted to buy regardless of the actual deal. She couldn't have been nicer.

I went to Kohls to do an Amazon return and it was quick simple and easy! You don't have to bring in a box to ship it back and they can print the return label there by just scanning the QR code from Amazon off your phone. Staff throughout the store was very helpful and nice. I even got a 25% off coupon for doing my return there.

Went to Kohl’s yesterday to grab a present for my boyfriends mom. Was not sure what to get her but was greeted by one of your employees Nate. He gave me great ideas on what to get and I bought so many things. He was so helpful to me and made my experience so nice. Thanks nate! Hope all employees are as attentive as he was.
