McDonald's

I am new to Greeley and this was my first McDonald's experience locally. I was met by a young male McDonald's Associate who had the old-fashioned and good manners to hold the door for my sister and me. The associate who took our order was very attentive and assisted me when I began to struggle with the credit/debit card machine. The coffee was fresh, hot and they got my creamer count correct on the first attempt (you wouldn't think that "10 creamers" would be difficult and at this McDonald's it was not) and the fries were freshly made as well. The entire place was clean and in excellent condition. Greeley and McDonald's can both share pride in this fun establishment!

Food was good didn’t want to give us our fries. Just a tip, when using the Mobil app make sure to always get the receipt

Typically come on break after 2am and the two drive thru overnight male workers are always spectacular! Very nice (hard to find happy and friendly overnight workers in my opinion nowadays) and extremely fast which we appreciate with having limited time.

The food was perfect, but the coffee was watery and there wasn't enough syrup in it. Overall, though, it was an excellent breakfast. Thanks!

I just would like to show appreciation for the team of ladies who work here during breakfast and lunch. They do an amazing job! They always just have everything on lock. And don't miss a beat. From accuracy and quickness to friendliness and being knowledgeable. I always compare any of the other stores, in Greeley and out, to the one here at 10th street and 28th avenue, and these ladies win. Hands down every single time. So thank you ladies. You do a great job and it is appreciated. Today is Friday July 7, 2023. And this awesome team was working this morning and during lunch.

Yep! Yep! Breakfast time at Micky D's is Da Place to get yur grub on!

I have chosen this location I've never 1 been disappointed not once coffee and food ( that includes the fries) hot. What a great team. I took one star cause you have people able to cut in drive through but amazing service

This location was clean ( including bathrooms), staff was cheerful and prompt!

I went at like 1am and rhe crew was friendly and the food was hot n fast!

The fries were nice and hot and fresh for the first time in a long time. I quit going to McDonald's because every time I went, food was cold and not fresh

I've literally never loved a McDonald's place more than this one, they always make my food fresh off the grill tastes more like home grilling to me. The nuggets specifically would always be crispy and to my liking. No complaints whatsoever I love it here, thank you staff!!

Great experience today. Best ever at this location! Drivethru was very busy,& screen messed up just as I was preparing to order. The young gentleman asked me to pull to 1st window to complete the order. The two young ladies there carefully inputted the order and had me pull forward where another realized order not complete yet so had me pull up to 3rd window. Order was to me quickly and was 100% correct. They all performed as a team and made this a Winning experience!! Whohoo!! Go Team!

They gave my kids free toys and free drinks. They brought our food to the play area when it was ready. I got a big mac and the sauce was perfectly added. The fries were fresh. And the Chicken nuggets were not burning hot so my kids could eat right away. The play room was super clean.

The drive thru workers can smile and be a little more friendly

Went thru drive-thru. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Order was accurate and food was fresh and hot. Sodas were kind of flat, but then I've never actually had a good soda from any McDonald's, I wouldn't be surprised if the company policy was to use as little syrup and carbonation as possible, stuff always tastes flat and watery. My point is, as far as McDonald's goes, this is a good one.

This drive thru was fast fast fast

These people had great customer service, the line moved quickly. The one thing that is an incredible downside and seems to be a things with McDonalds right now is NO NAPKINS. This needs to change or I am going to have to go elsewhere especially if it is a quick stop in the middle of the work day.

Probably the best McDonald’s I’ve had in the noco area. Staff is always friendly and the food is great for a McDonald’s
