Sonic Drive-In

Went to drive through. Order was taken quickly and courteously. Food was delivered fairly quickly, but what really stood out was the presentation. The Sonic Cheeseburger bun was not malformed. It looked like one you see in an advertisement. The onion and lettuce tasted fresh, not straight out of a plastic bag. The cheeseburger was thick, appropriately hot, and good tasting. Chili cheese fries were hot, carefully assembled in its carrier, and each fry had chili and cheese on it, but it was not just glopped on. It was surprisingly good.

Love the simple vanilla dish!!! My 5 stars are based on meeting expectations. It's a drive through. So, yes the atmosphere is 5. It's better than I'd expect. I just love the soft serve vanilla ice cream. I go 3 times a week for my treat! Service can be slow but it is stupid hot out and they are serving a lot of people....

The food is always great and fresh ! Justin is a great employee I almost always am lucky to have him bring the order to the car and he’s wonderful. This sonic is the best in town!

Legna and the other gentleman who works during the morning are great! They are hard working, make your food to order and make it fresh. They work within their bandwidth and do what they can when understaffed. They are always pleasant and their current staff is very nice. I appreciate their continued efforts.

I frequent this Sonic for the iced tea. It's exactly what I need for a pick me up. Legna who works there greets me every time I see her with a warm smile and a compliment. It's those little things that make me come back every time.

Update: I went back yesterday and spoke with a manager. He made everything right so I'm changing my review from 1 star to 5 and we will return since he took excellent care of us!

My daughter wanted to try a new shake they were advertising. It was nothing more than chocolate ice cream, NO brownie chunks. We also ordered dinner. I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and they put a basic single patty cheeseburger in the bag that didn't taste good. Definitely will NOT be returning to this location!

Hands down the most consistently unfriendly food service location in Greeley, but hey, at least the shakes are great

Edit: after posting this review, I eventually gave this sonic location another try. Since then, I have returned a number of times to find that their staff is objectively more friendly than before, they actually made a considerable improvement! Great place to eat, love it.

My vehicle overheat and lost all engin oil i made it to Sonic on 10th. Motor stalled and i had to park it in a customer stall. FOR 3 DAYS! every day the manager was EXTREMELY cool and understood... THANK YOU for lowering my chances of a heart attack...

In rare form, for me, I am not only reviewing a Sonic but I am giving them a 5-Star rating. This place has the standard drive-in, a drive-through, and an indoor dining area. The staff are so awesome and friendly! Love the skates as that is becoming rare. I can say I have never had such a pleasant interaction with Sonic staff ever! Not only that, but for the first time in my Sonic eating experiences the food was delicious! The tots didn’t taste like year old oil and everything was as advertised and very fresh and tasty. Awesome job!

Strawberry limeade are my favorite! Can't get ones like these anywhere else. Delicious onion rings too.
9/5/22 ordered with the app which I love because it's easy to customize. However, I ordered onion rings with a combo which costs extra. And a drink with bobo. No bobo straws and no onion rings. Luckily I checked the bag. When I asked the said out of onion rings. Sadly if I wouldn't have checked I would have been angry. Substituted tater tots after I asked. No refund for the extra cost and it took another 20 minutes because my order was forgotten

It's cool to still have them 1950 - and 60's vibe eating out at these outdoor restaurants.....

I have been very iffy over my few visits, but this past time visiting I was met by the most glorious man with the kindest eyes. I believe his name was Dylan. I had expressed to him as he walked out of the back that I was nervous as my food was not always made to perfection, but he reassured me not to worry, that he had this. I was taken aback as I thought the stories my good friend Andrew had told were false, but the moment I laid my eyes on this magnificent man I just knew.

I have never had such amazing service, so well taken care of by this kind man. I hope he continues to prosper and make strides in his job.

Nice friendly usually get your order correct and delivered fast. Good food. The app gives you half price drinks like at Happy Hour and shakes and ice cream slushes are half off after 8pm.

Do you want a quick snack, stop and have them whip you up a grilled cheese and an ice cold drink. There are so many to choose from. And you can mix up your own. Try the birthday cake or strawberry cheesecake shake. OMG! its wonderful. XOXO Victoria

Came in during happy hour. They were super busy with the drive thru. Came with a car packed full of kids and the girl was patient with me. Food was out in about 5 mins. Perfect cause the kids couldn't keep quiet a second longer. Just for this, giving it 5 stars lol.

Best clean breakfast burrito you can get in town. Steak and eggs with cheese breakfast burrito is so yummy

We used the drive thru. We got everything we ordered without any issues. It was all hot and fresh and the customer service was very polite. Great experience.

Surprised on this visit. Hamburger toppings were spread evenly and not all clumped together. The rest of my order was spot on as well. Bun was a little dry, but over all a good visit.

After having horrible experiences at the Evans location I was done with Sonic. They sent me a gift card so figured I'd try a different location. Wow! This Sonic has restored my faith, lol. Fast, friendly service and the food was GOOD! Thank you!!

It all started on a Sunday. I decided today was the day to enjoy a nice refreshing beverage from Sonic. What I didn't know was what would happen next. I am a simple man of simple pleasures. I see a Coney dog, I order a Coney dog. Something about today was different. Maybe it is that Greeley Air, or the Pandemic getting to me.

Today in the stall I was going to try something new. I decided I was going to try a happy hour cake shake. I rarely mention great service, but today Dylan ELEVATED the experience. Now I know what you're thinking. How can someone I have NEVER met elevate my experience. Well when this FINE YOUNG GENTLEMEN was walking into work. I immediately was taken aback by the cut of his jib.

I said to the man. Excuse me, and without hesitation he walked to my car, because this man Dylan knows when a customer is in need, and doesn't hesitate to act. Now he was wearing a mask, THANKFULLY and stood nice and tall maybe 6 foot I'd say 6'1. I asked him what he would recommend. Now he FIRMLY said You can't go wrong with the Mot sticks. I was confused, because I didn't know this new LINGO so like any savvy millennial I went to urban dictionary. After a few seconds I learned they were mozzarella sticks.

Now you might be thinking, why not ask this nice employee. If you understood how kind his eyes were, you wouldn't be able to focus on anything else either. I'm in a happily committed relationship, but those eyes make me as nervous as my good friend Joseph Belmont near a fire without socks on.

Now what Dylan couldn't have possibly known, was it was my good friends Joseph's Wedding on the 10th of December, and I was on a special mission to try all the cake shakes (Joe's favorite). Now if you're just passing through the sonic in Greely you may not know this, but they can sometimes have long lines in the drive thru. Not today though, I was lucky and that is a good thing.

I chatted it up with my fast friend Dylan. Did I mention his name yet? He was very helpful. He advised me of all the cake shake options, but did confess he was only but a CHEF and couldn't get me the shake himself, but knew his co-workers could help me out. To quote the 2007 film ratatouille "Anyone can cook", but apparently at sonic not ANYONE can make a shake. This was very sad. I knew I wanted a shake, but if Dylan didn't make it...? Would it be good? How would I know? How does anyone know really? I took a deep breath, and with Dylan's help Ordered a Cake Shake for my good friend Joe.

Now here is the thing. I didn't have the time I was spending, and Dylan had to go. A chef's job is never done. I was alone, I was scared, and I didn't know if the shake could match the service I had from Dylan just mere moments before. Now, I know what you're thinking. It's a sonic Andrew... Who cares? I CARE, that's who. If you knew me you'd know that I take my friends very seriously, and I, I fight for my friends.

When the shake came there was almost a sudden rush. Was Dylan right? Would he have let me down. I had just met him maybe five minutes earlier. All of these thoughts raced through my head. What would my friend Stacy do in this situation, she is very professional. Well I paid for my cake shake, my Mozzarella sticks, and was greeted with friendly service. I took the food, and the two shakes and they were excellent.

I don't have many muses, but I have one now. All thanks to my new friend Dylan. I know Joe will be proud to drink this shake, as it was just as AMAZING as mine. Maybe better, if you can believe that to be possible. This day I knew that I will return to this Sonic always. Do not underestimate their service, their kindness, or their quality.
