Young lady with geek squad solved my friends complex phone issues. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to get it right. She should get a raise, but I know do nothing shareholders come first these days.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Rusty at the electronics department, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the level of service and expertise he provided. My experience began when I was in search of a new TV and DVD player, and Rusty's assistance made the entire process not only seamless but thoroughly enjoyable.

From the moment I entered the store, Rusty greeted me with a warm and friendly demeanor. His product knowledge was immediately evident, and he took the time to understand my preferences and requirements. Rusty's guidance was invaluable as he patiently walked me through the various options. Rusty then helped me put my TV in my car. I could not thank him enough. Thank you Rusty.

We had a stereo put in our truck at the Fort Collins Best Buy & they didn't do it correctly. We were told this happens frequently up there & they recommended we go to the Greeley store for that. Night & day difference. For the installation of electronics, definitely go to the Greeley Best Buy. Carl knew before even looking at it what had been done incorrectly & fixed us right up. We will be going there from now on.

The Geek Squad representative was very knowledgeable and helped clear up a problem on my wife's laptop computer. His help is highly appreciated.

Came here to try to get the iPhone 15 pro max sooner than late November ( what A&T told me) we got it ordered and I had it in 3 days!!! Everyone who helped me was super helpful and nice. Will come here for phones in the future.

Top tier incredibly knowledgeable staff that have been there for years! Hardcore electronics enthusiasts, that are are pro level builders and gamers, and know every product extremely well. Even know about products not in their department. Stellar store!!!

Definitely my favorite place for electronics! Every time I go in there, I have a hard time leaving without something. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the products that they carry. They have all my favorite products JBL, Samsung,Sony. You name it they most likely have it. Definitely check out their sound bars. I picked up my JBL 5.2 with 12-in subwoofer about a two years ago... And it's still pounding like it's just out the box. It is a must visit place for your electronic needs.

Went here the other day looking to buy a Nintendo switch, and while I didn't find one at the price range i wanted, the staff here was incredibly friendly. I wish i caught her name, but if you encounter the woman with lots of tattoos, she's Incredibly polite, and very helpful

Talk about service. Had to drive 2 hours each way to pick up a laptop only they had in stock. Sadly it broke after just 2 days and I had to drive all the way back. They didn't have one to replace it with so the store General Manager, I wish I'd snagged her name offered me a really good deal on a far higher tier laptop than I'd bought, even though the one I'd bought was already a pretty good laptop just got unlucky on the Quality Assurance draw.

She modified the price in the system and I was out the door with the kind of laptop that I normally wish was in my price range but is generally a bit out of range. Writing this review on said laptop right now.

Both visits went well and I appreciate how helpful this store was getting me a replacement when other stores would've just refunded the laptop and said the check was in the mail.

Great customer service and support

A few months ago I purchased a laptop from this Best Buy. Although it has basically functioned as a desk computer for me, last night the battery suddenly stopped working. I took it to the store and asked Nathan in Geek Squad what could be wrong. He was so kind and professional in answering my questions and immediately took it back to Jack who quickly and efficiently fixed the issue for me. Both men were so very helpful and great representatives of the Greeley store and the Best Buy brand!

Went to the Loveland Best Buy had an awful experience due to the worst customer service. Decided to give the Greeley location a shot and it worked. Terry was amazing at customer service. Not only did he answered my question but, may some suggestions that helped me make the right decision. This is the Best Buy store to go for your electronics and excellent customer service.

Yesterday I purchased the S23 Ultra and a case. Today I went in to get a screen protector. The person who applied it did a poor job at it. I went back and exchanged it out for a new one. Wendy did such a fantastic job! I am seriously impressed at how well she applied the new screen protector. No bubbles or lifting at all! Absolutely wonderful customer service and experience. Great job! She deserves a raise!

I visited the Greeley Location today for an appointment in regards to vehicle sound system installation. I spoke to Carl Baas yesterday via corporate transferring me over to him. He was very helpful over the phone and showed interest in what I wanted accomplished.

When I came into the store today, he was no different. He walked me through my vehicle on how he would install my subwoofers and amp. He also took any of my needs in consideration to fit into his own plan. I wasn’t sure if if I wanted to upgrade my speakers themselves but after noticing how knowledgeable he was, I thought to myself if I was ever going to upgrade I would want him to do it. Therefore I spent more money at the store because of him.

They were super helpful, and their front employee was super friendly each time I had to visit the store - he made me feel better about having to come in four times lmao. Definitely appreciated their support when my lap top completely crashed two weeks before the semester ended! They saved my academic life 🫶😌🤌

Tyler was amazing! He helped me make the best choice regarding my phone and I appreciated his knowledge and honesty.
