Jack in the Box

I'm so happy they got our order correct. We had a lot of substitutions as my kids are picky and we never get the order correct. But so pleased it came out correct. The staff was super awesome compared to every other fast food place we have been lately. The employees wanted to do their job well compared to most places. I am so grateful.

On 012024, the staff apologized for a long wait in the drive through line. It truly was not that long of a wait. They were training a new young lady who also apologized for the wait. The staffs politeness and smiles were awesome and appreciated. Thank you all for being patient with new staff. This will make a positive lasting impression. God bless you all!

I've been stopping by to pick up breakfast on the way to work (Deluxe Breakfast). I don't eat hash browns, so I request French Fries instead. I've only received French fries once and that one time I also received a VERY soggy/greasy hash brown. So gross. The rest of the food was good. The other times I requested French fries, I didn't get them. I'll try once more and then I'll just try some place else.

Honestly even though I ALWAYS have to pull out front, this has become my favorite fast food joint. Specifically being new to Greeley and coming from TN back to CO, this was a wonderful experience. Well done, folks. Keep up the great work. Thank you for your smiles and kindness. WOW!

This place is yummy came with my hubby once while traveling from NE and let me tell you it did take a while but there was only 2 people working and if you’ve never worked at a fast food before and leave a 1 star review just tells me you’ve never worked at a fast food place, they were doing their best they could and shoutout to the manager for handling drive thru also !

I absolutely love coming here there is amazing customer service and team work,.. I had my order mixed up but this crew fixed it with no problem! Thank you Jack employees

Honestly really amazing food best I have had in a while all Employees were super friendly especially the manager. I believe her name is Katrina. I want to give this review to shout then out made my food fast and when I Received it was hot. For those Employees that made my food. Thank you and thanks to the manager who helped then out

This location was great they helped to correct a mistake I made by placing my order thru the app to the wrong location. Thank you for the help and for getting my order done fast.

The guy working the drive through at 8AM on January 26,2022 was the most helpful and kind customer service I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant! I haven’t been to jack in the box in 10 years or more since I lived in California. A coworker told me there’s one nearby, so I was excited to try… it was yummy tacos oas I remember, and a juicy chicken cluck ! Make that guy the manager!

UPDATE DECEMBER 12TH 2023.
I decided to return here on a whim during a personal crisis and a broken keto spree... Since that time, I have stopped at Jack in The box three out of the last five nights after working second shift... It's nice to be able to find a place to eat or get anything this late at night. (11pm) I was thoroughly impressed by the changes that the ownership and management have made. the food quality is up, the wait times are down, and it definitely seems to be much more well rounded...
Kudos on making these changes and doing it so successfully in a time where it's becoming harder and harder to find good staff...

I wanted to take the time and update with a new review but Google won't let me post a new one so I decided to update would have to suffice.

Waited in the Drive-Thru for over 40 minutes, staff would only take one order at a time. During said time, manager came out of the building twice once to speak with an employee who was hanging out in his personal vehicle, and a second time to try to block the drive-thru and to not let any other cars in. When I finally reached the drive-thru I was asked to pull around the building at which point I saw no less than six other cars waiting to be served by this restaurant. The cashier who took my money was on his knees at the window... I don't know why I keep trying to shop here every time I come here there's a different issue....
Staff seemed more interested in their personal goins on then providing food for their customers...

Juan j. Excellent service, great customer service. I was sitting watch him work while I dined in and I tell you what, I haven't seen such a hard worker in fast food in along time. He was running the entire restaurant with no manager and one other employee. He was handling it all from cleaning, running front counter, drive threw, supporting his coworker making sure she was comfortable with her task and if she wasn't he assisted, and still made time to see if his customers were happy and made conversation. Please give this guy his blessing by giving him a much deserved holiday pay raise.

Never really thought much of Jack in the Box And Greeley but this morning coming in to pick up doordash orders I was very pleased with the service that was provided by 2 ladies working. They were very attentive and very quick compared to past experience. If they keep running this place as I saw today, they are sure to make a miraculous comeback.

Aside from the fact that Jack in the Box is a fast food restaurant there is nothing negative I can say about this business. They are open 24/7!!! YES you read correctly, this is a business that is open 24 hours/day. That in itself is cool AF and quite rare, post COVID.
They have NEVER messed up an order. Yep! Another win, especially considering how extensive their menu is and again, open round the clock. Certainly more opportunities to mess things up, but nope. They have a huge variety of offerings-so picky eaters rejoice. Staff are always friendly, helpful and ACCURATE when they take & make your order. This one’s a no brainer, folks.

Drive threw line took a little longer than usual. Attention made sure to communicate this as well smile, very kind while getting our order. I completely forgot about waiting a little bit!

We came pretty late night traveling through around midnight. We received excellent, friendly service from Juan and Yasmin. They were super friendly and communicated well to let us know our large order would take a bit of time. They were short staffed and still were kind and gave us all fresh food, complete with sauces! We were very impressed with this location! 👏 🌟
