I am very happy that i found Dr Wang . He is very kind, humble, professional, and always happy to answer all of my questions. He speaks both Mandarin and English. My family and I have been seeing Dr Wang Yun since last year. He was educated both in China and in the US. He actually came to the US for PhD and then decided to stay. He also told us he used to do research on respiratory disease. With that being said, he knows western medicine very well. When my young daughter was sick having a cold, fever and coughing for more than 4 days, I took her to see Dr Wang, he said she had throat infection and only needed a bottle of herbal supplement called Chuan Xin Lian which is similar to antibiotics ( less than $10 I believe) Next day her fever was gone and two days after taking the pills she stopped coughing completely. I just took my daughter to see him today because she's been coughing for more than a week , and he told us to give her the same thing without charging for consultation. I highly recommend Dr Wang if you were looking for Chinese herbal medicine or not happy with western medicine and wanted to look for an alternative.

Dr. Wang is a very experienced doctor. And he is GOOD!
I had seen several western medicine doctors and all of them cannot treat the pressure in my ears, which lasted for 2 months. They believed it was because of meniere's disease.
Dr. Wang did not agree with their diagnose and helped me get rid of the pressure in my ears in 10 days with Chinese herb medicine.

Dr. Wang is a kind and generous medical professional. He is no common acupuncturist, but in fact, a fully educated MD (his degree is from China). His knowledge in conventional western medicine is comparable to most MDs here and he knows full well what can and cannot be treated through herbal medicines and acupuncture. He would provide you with the most pleasant and accurate medical experience. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Wang knows western medicine as well as Chinese medicine. He helped me avoid having my gall bladder removed. Every specialist recommended it for me, but I wanted to see if there was an alternative. The herbs Dr. Wang prepares for me a few times a year have helped improve my gall bladder & I've had no more attacks in 2.5 years since taking the herbs. Such a pleasant, professional man. I highly recommend.

Dr. Wang is the only acupuncturist who has ever helped me. I’ve been having sleep problems for over 40 years. I love the fact that if I don’t sleep well I don’t even need an appointment. I discovered Dr Wang about 3 years ago, when I saw his large sign, as the bus I was riding in drove by his business: "ACUPUNCTURE & HERBOLOGIST". As soon as I got home, I hopped into my car and drove back to his place! Immediately, I was extremely impressed by Dr Yun Wang's professionalism, knowledge in Chinese medicine & he's the Best of the Best in Acupuncture that I've ever had!! And, I've been to many both here at home in the USA and when I was living in Europe!! I told my neighbor about him and come to find out that she and her family have been going to see him for years and her mother swore by him!! So, ever since, I've been drinking Dr Wang's personalized mix of Chinese Herbal Teas for various health reasons and have been extremely happy with results!! My last blood tests showed that my cholesterol is lower by 35 points, the swelling and pain in my left knee is almost completely gone! Last year, my family doctor wanted to put me on drugs for my osteoporosis, but with Dr Yun Wang's treatments, even my bone density score is much better!! Dr Wang is awesome. So much experience and care. Go see him first before anyone else! I just give you one example. I had a middle ear infection misdiagnosed by another MD as external. Terrible pain for 5 days. Within 5 hours of taking his herbs the infection and pain was gone!

Dr. Wang cured my chemical allergies when no Western doctor could. I was barely walking after seeing many Western doctors. One of those doctors recommended Dr. Wang and he cured me with herbs and acupuncture. I would not be functioning had I not gone to Dr. Wang. Thank you!

I cannot fault them, they do not claim to be a tea store.
If I were looking for herbs to make into a tincture or salve I would be very impressed. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and went out of his way to help me.

I am giving Dr. Want two stars because I really like his friendly personality and his medical training. I however did not have a good experience here. I came in for chronic insomnia. I made the mistake of telling him about the insomnia before he took my pulse, checked my tongue, eyes, etc. So basically the consultation was pretty poorly done, because he was going off when I described, not my physical conditions. And the consultation was not good. Usually you are supposed to sit at a table and have your hands resting when he takes the pulse, but he had me reach my arms out. He did not ask to see the tongue, and when I suggested it, he looked at it from across the 15 ft wide room. He never checked my eyes. He gave me the standard 'formula' for insomnia which I only took for for 4 of the 8 days, because it made my insomnia 10x worse (it's still worse now, even 10 days after going off the medication). The problem is that I should not have been treated for just insomnia, as my insomnia is a symptom of something much bigger. If you go to see this doctor, I would recommend that you not tell him any symptoms, so that he is forced to take the consultation more seriously. And the other thing I did not like was that the consultation was $100! At all other Chinese doctors, the consultation is free (since it's a 5 minute conversation), and then you just buy the herbs. I did not negotiate down to $50, but I still felt that was too much money for a 5 minute chat, which was in the end was an incorrect diagnosis. Other people have had great experiences with him, so I would not write him off, I would just avoid telling him your symptoms so that you can get a more accurate reading of what your body is saying. He is very experienced and knowledgeable, and I understand that my case is unique.
