Osteria Trulli

This is the real deal. Eating at a great Italian restaurant like Osteria Trulli is like being back in the old country. I love their wood burning pizza and their fried calamari. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

The food is absolutely phenomenal! Everything we tried we loved. The pasta was cooked so perfectly. The service was great. Our waitress was happy and friendly. THIS is the Italian place to be at in St. Charles! We'll be back.

Just a wonderful, wonderful dinner this evening. Impeccable service, food and ambiance. We have now found our "go to" place. We'll be seeing you soon and often!

Truly some of the best food we have ever eaten!! The seafood salad was so fresh and delicious.The celery, olives, arugula and dressing were such a delightful compliment to the abundant seafood. The special pasta of homemade squid ink linguine, mussels, clams and cherry tomatoes with a white wine sauce was the best pasta dish I have ever eaten!! Finally the wood fired whole seabass was perfection. It was cooked perfectly with a sweet flesh and cracked salt. Unbelievably good!!

I love it here! And their gluten (sensitive/free) pizza is amazing. I always have to double check it is because it seems like the regular dough! Also my husband is from Italy and he gives it his stamp of approval.

Such a great hidden gem in St. Charles. The service was phenomenal and the food was even better.

A must try! Authentic Italian food at it’s best. Pizza hot from the Wood burning oven and delicious wine and desserts. Lovely outdoor patio and attentive service.

Our waitress was kind, helpful, and patient. I was with my father who is older and needed more time to figure out what he wanted but the waitress was extremely patient and took the time to explain things. My father and I had a great experience and will be back.

Had the gnocchi with truffle, mushroom and peas. It was wonderful. So light and pilllowy. Could see real truffle in the sauce.

Saw some wood fired pizzas going by to other tables, they looked yummy and smelled great.

We tried the Margherita pizza, grilled Calamari and Carbonara pasta. Everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Went here for an earlier dinner with the whole family. Our food was fantastic! We had the calamari and eggplant starters which were so yummy and fresh. I had a red sauce seafood linguini which I literally couldn't stop eating, my mom had the branzino special which tasted so fresh, my dad and son both had pizzas which looked fantastic and the crust very fresh, and last my brother had the risotto special which he really enjoyed. For dessert my brother and I shared this walnut and custard ice cream cake thing which was mindblowing! Sooo delicious. There was this 1 cherry that we all raved about. Overall great food and service was great. Definitely recommend this spot.

Small cozy Italian spot, bring the family. Service was excellent! The menu offers many southern Italian dishes. The bill was reasonably priced and portions were just right. The food was very flavorful. Very enjoyable experience, would recommend.

Delicious, authentic Italian food. Shared a variety of pasta and pizza with my family and everything was perfectly cooked and so flavorful. The gnocchi was definitely the standout dish and probably the best I've ever had.

Their seafood platter is something you must try.

My wife and I dined here for our 3rd anniversary.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was relaxed and there was some Italian music playing over the speakers. The dining area was very clean and the table decor was adorable.

The waitress was great, she was very attentive to our table and got us started with an appetizer right away.

I ordered the Special - Fritto Misto - and it was excellent, I would definitely recommend that dish to seafood lovers.

We tried the house wine, Cabernet Sauvignon and it was delicious.

After a filling meal, we ended with Affogatos and their espresso was super fresh and earthy on top of some very creamy vanilla Gelato.

My experience at Osteria Trulli was great and I would definitely dine here again.

Our favorite is the Tartufo Pizza, it's amazing! We also ordered our children their own Mickey Mouse pizzas and they loved them and ate every bite! Their curbside service was easy and quick. Looking forward to eating at the restaurant once the regulations are lifted.
