Excellent post office. Friendly timely front desk clerks, and back office staff super helpful who go above and beyond. I had a special delivery parcel that was bard-coded with the wrong street number. USPS staff tracked down the package and made sure it got delivered. Thank you Eduardo!

The lady was rushing everyone not fully ready and very rude about it and the man said welcome 8 times with an attitude and no one said anything to him… never mind she was just “going postal” so I guess her stressful environment is normal at least she didn’t shoot the place up.

DON’T GO HERE IF YOU NEED TO PRINT OFF YOUR RETURN LABEL TO MAIL OUT A PACKAGE. I went there to print out my return label and mail out a return. I had done this the previous week at UPS. I wrongfully assumed that I would be able to do this at my local USPS location. Wrong. Initially there was no one up front so I saw a barcode machine. I was able to figure that out and get a receipt for mailing out my package. By that time, an employee had come up front. I let them know that I needed to print off my return label. They mentioned that my bar code was not compatible with their system, despite it specifically showing a USPS tracking number, barcode, and QR code. They mentioned they tell customers to go to the Nicollet Ave location to print off the label there and then come back to this location to mail it off. This didn’t make sense to me. I asked again if they had an email or something for me to send in the return label there to print. They did not have that capability and they didn’t have the technology to read the label barcode. ?. Make it make sense. So, you don’t have the technology to read your own return labels, you can’t print out an emailed return label (basically a store email dedicated for printing off return labels, which is antiquated anyway but your competitors are doing it sooo…), thus you cannot provide mailing services for a piece of clothing?…Pointless. Don’t go here for modern day mailing services.

They seem unorganized. The lady trying to find my package has an attitude and then proceeds to tell me she can’t find it when tracking states it has been here two days. Please avoid if possible…

1 other thing, what’s the point of giving me a phone number that no one answers and just hangs up?

I avoid this post office to the best of my ability. It's unfortunate to witness how miserable the people who work there are. They have the WORST attitudes.

They open at 8:30am. They have no stamps in their drawers. The postal woman complained that she isn't supposed to start work until 8:45am so she went into the back room and didn't come back out until then. So I waited until then. All I wanted was stamps and it took 15 minutes until I walked out the door with stamps, and I was first in line.
The government should not be running our postal service.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. The mail carriers, supervisors, and managers are absolute garbage. They have no empathy and truly don't care about their work at all. We did not get mail for a whole month and are going through the same issue again. They do not follow protocol or respond to emails/calls. The worst part is that there's nothing we can do about it because it's our local post office. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN!
