it it has it has been almost a year since I had the pleasure of meeting John! and I have a beautiful bedroom suite! my bed and my mattress are wonderful! they came in extremely handy when Jeff fell and broke his leg in his hip and needed an adjustable bed! John is a very knowledgeable caring and try so hard to satisfy his customers you can't help but love him! thank you John I miss you God bless you and thank you for taking your time to teach us the things that you have taught us! Outstanding customer service! I had the best bed buying experience here. I was on the hunt for the perfect bed and found it at The Mattress Shop. I had been to many bed stores before finding my way into this store. I chose to buy from here because I was very impressed with the honesty, knowledge, professionalism, and welcoming small family business feeling I got here. They have a wide variety of Bed frames as well as mattresses ranging in price to choose from. I felt that John went above and beyond to take the time to listen to what I was looking for, and thoughtfully answer my questions intelligently. I was in immediate need for mattresses and visited this business after reading the great reviews online. I was immediately impressed with John - he was attentive and genuinely interested in helping me choose the best option for my needs and price-point. No pressure and I appreciated that! I checked out a couple of other places and prices were similar, but I felt John's service was uniquely genuine and that's priceless. Tops from start to finish - I purchased a couple of mattress sets and he went out of his way to get them delivered on my timeframe, even with a last-minute adjustment. Humor and sincerity was an added bonus! I relied on reviews and that's why I couldn't wait to add mine for others in the same circumstances.

Awesome experience. John was very helpful, explaining differences in mattresses and pricing. Not pushy, very friendly and we ended up getting a better mattress at an awesome price. I will HIGHLY recommend and wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Came here after reading all the great reviews, and people were spot on, the prices are amazing and the owner john is an amazingly nice guy. He doesnt push you into buying, just asks if you need help, explains everything, the first time we went in we were looking to buy a bed and mattress for my daughter, he took us around showed us the different mattresses, and we left with a great deal, but what made it so great was the complete friendliness and the fact that john came after work the same day and installed the bedframe and mattress, my daughter was so happy!!
The second time was the same we got a queen mattress john never pushes to buy the most expensive thing like alot of other places. He lets you pick what is most comfortable for you. Once again he came after work and delivered the mattress to us. We were also looking for a new sofa, after he asked us some questions about what we were looking for he got online and showed us something with everything we asked for and had wanted. And again no pushiness, just a whenever you're ready let me know...
So yesterday we called and he ordered the sofa for us and we went the next morning to pay, the fact that its family owned and john is so nice i wont go anywhere else.
Whatever you need john can help you out, he has great prices that cant be beat. For a full bed with frame + delivery and set up....a lil over 600 for a queen mattress with delivery and taking away our old matress lil over 400 and our sofa for 4 people with a chaise with storage, with usb ports with cupholders and pulls out into a bed 899....

I bought a California King platform bed frame for my new mattress. It was exactly what I was looking for and the price was right. The boxes fit in my Honda CRV and I assembled it myself. I was not thrilled with the results so I called John. John made an appointment to come look at it. He was right on time. Turns out I didn’t assemble the various parts correctly. John took the thing apart and reassembled it for me and it was exactly right. By all rights I owe this man an installation fee, which he would not accept. This is a solid business owner who cares about his customers’ satisfaction. I highly recommend him and his company.

Absolutely wonderful store. The owners Paula and Dave are great people, and made my furniture shopping experience great. I am so glad that they aren't like most furniture stores I've gone to in the past, where they act like car salesmen. And, they actually have GOOD QUALITY FURNITURE! I assure you that the prices are great, and the people are too!

I have not been able to find any other local shop that can offer the prices this guy does, it's remarkable. He was able to get me 2 loft frames that I had been told were discontinued and out of stock at a price nearly half of what I was originally quoted. Easy to work with and quality products. Won't be shopping anywhere else for any bedroom furnishing needs. Mattresses, bedframes, and bedroom sets all at great prices.

I’m from out of town and needed to find a thinner box spring to lower my mom’s bed. John had just what I needed in stock at a reasonable price, delivered it when he promised and helped me install it. Great guy! I would shop here again.

I Love these people. The lady that answered my call was just the best. I was a little upset because I finally was able to get a place after being displaced and homeless due to the fires fkr over a year and it only had hard wood floors and I had no furniture..not a stitch. Some how there was confusion about the date with Catholic Charities, because they were the ones funding my bed. I explained my situation to Paula i believe her name was and John thr delivery and assembler and they. Found a way despite their heavy load for the day. John came right over assembled my bed and also was super kind to my two year old that helped in assisting John, which I thought was Fabulous! Taking that time out to let my little guy join in even though he was super busy just showed the character of these people and this company... Awesomeness you guys are! I wish I knew about this place a long time ago. The bedroom set I purchased already came put together - it was such a low price and John the owner delivered my bedroom set and couch I purchased in a timely matter. Super blessed to have run into this store. Thanks!
