Graeter's Ice Cream

There aren't Graeter's where we live, so thought we would try it. Went about 9:30pm on a Friday night. Although it was busy, there was plenty of staff to get through quickly. Amazing customer service from them all. The ice cream was really good. I recommend the Lemon Meringue Pie for a refreshing treat! We also had a Cookie Monster Sundae, a Shamrock Sundae and a double scoop in a cup that received positive reviews from the family!

Out for a cruise today and decided to drop in at Graeter’s in Gahanna. Ordered the 1870 Tower: It has Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip ice cream, chocolate bundt cake, hot fudge, fresh whipped cream, pecans and a cherry. Love that Black Raspberry ice cream with huge chunks of chocolate. The Bundt cake was nice and fresh with a great chocolate taste that blended well with the ice cream. Everything at Graeter’s is of high quality especially the service of their employees, very welcoming and helpful. Don’t hesitate to check them out.

Took my family out for ice cream and I had Christian as my ice cream artist. This kid is well on his way to becoming an exceptional young man. Christian showed extraordinary patience while serving my family of 6. And his customer service skills was nothing short of superb. Hopefully his skill are put on notice by his management team.

The best ice cream place. I always have to stop by when I’m in Columbus for their black raspberry and chocolate chip ice cream.
The service at this location was above and beyond, I told the girl that was working there that I had a 3 hr drive and she made sure to put some dry ice in the bag to keep the ice cream cold. She was very helpful.

I visited this place on 04/06/2021 and I had a wonderful experience here. My husband and I got one MLB kid's thing that came in a baseball hat and one waffle cone with strawberry chocolate ice cream inside of it. They both were delicious and I would definitely recommend coming to this place for your sweet treat. Thakyou for reading this peeps, stay safe and always remember to stay and humble and kind. 😊😊

Great ice cream shop. I had never been there before and they offered me a sample of a flavor I was interested in, which I appreciated. I ordered a milkshake and they made it quickly and didn't keep me waiting. The milkshake tasted great, though in my opinion it was on the thin side and could have been thicker. The staff was two young gentlemen and they were friendly and helpful. I wish we had Greater's in the Akron Canton area where I am from, as I am visiting the area for work.

The blueberry Pie( seasonal flavor) is amazing. Service is great as well. Location is always clean and welcoming.

The place was tremendous ! My grandma and I went for an ice cream treat and loved the whole experience! Both of the people getting us ice cream were both respectful and attentive to what we wanted. The service was spot on and we got our ice cream within seconds of us ordering. They made us feel very welcomed The double double chocolate is sinfully good They totally have my loyalty. And the place is Ohio born and raised!

My family visited 5/27/21 at 10:56 pm. Closing time is 11 PM. Instead of being grumpy like we may have been, the staff greeted us cheerfully, asked us if we wanted to try anything. We laughed and joked and really had an amazing experience. Thank you for treating your last customers of the day like we were your first customers of the day. The ice cream was awesome as well! We will definitely be back!

The employees here were so kind! I’ve been to many Graeter’s and this is the first one that offered me samples and recommended toppings. This is my new spot!

The store was spotless and the employees were very friendly! I like that this location has bar seats by the window; I got to enjoy some delicious mocha ice cream while watching the cars go by. The parking lot right out front is rather small, so I suggest trying to visit when customer flow is slower.

Jacob & Emily were very kind and patient as my child was unsure what she wanted. They both were very knowledgeable and friendly! As an out of town guest, we were impressed!

I walk daily and Graeter's is a goal/reward location. A meaningful walk and an ice cream treat makes for a consistantly great experience which I never tire of. Employees who work in the Gahanna location are always kind and welcome me personally. They make Graeter's more than a place to do business & order ice cream products.

We love stopping here for dessert on summer evenings. Nearly all the flavors are great and the shop is a decent size and brightly lit. Parking in front of the shop is limited but there is a good sized lot at the end of the strip.

Lots of flavors to choose from and different serving options like cups, cake cones, waffle cones, and the more exotic dipped waffle cones provide some choices and upgrades for the kids to beg you to get for them. They also have their ice cream pints and quarters for take home and other nick-knacks and candy.

What makes this location stand out is the paver patio outside which provides extra seating and a place for the kids to run off some of the sugar.

Great ice cream in Gahanna, Ohio just outside Columbus. High quality and great taste. A family business since the 1890s. A highlight of our visìt.

As a Cincinnati native that has migrated north to Columbus, I strategically planned my move to be conveniently close to Skyline and Graeter's.

Graeter's has an excellent variety of ice creams and prices are reasonable. They do offer more than ice cream like cookies, cakes, pies, and more. I have yet to take home something I didn't like from Graeter's.

Celebrated me birthday with Greeters Coconut & Chocolate Chip/Black Raspberry Sundae. Free coupon when you sign you to app. The manager was a very nice & very patient young lady.
