always good there and dominic changed headlight bulb with extensive effort required due to plastic parts in headlight assembly missing on antique Lincoln Town Car; went way beyond call of his duty & job description to get my headlights legal for professional transportation on a Sat. windshield wipers were on sale too i think.

I visited the store on Charlotte Pike this morning having a charging system malfunction with my car. Amanda was my salesperson. She was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed at an affordable price. She also installed the new battery I purchased which saved me time and headache. I tried to tip her for her time and work but she declined. This was by far the best expenience I have ever had at an auto parts store. She made sure I knew exactly what she was doing, she explained what she was doing step by step when she tested by battery and alternator. She did the same when installing the new battery. I wish all employees had her level of customer service. I will continue to shop for all my automotive needs at this location due to the exceptional customer service she provided. This young lady needs a raise!!!

The staff here us ALWAYS helpful! I can consistently rely on good service & help that is useful.
They treat you with kindness and talk to you like an intelligent person.
One gentleman in particular is bi-lingual and can multitask like a ninja.

Great service, friendly staff. Prices are competitive. This particular location is never busy, but you always have to wait for the staff to get off the phone. I don't really mind because I call them frequently with questions, and I understand. My preferred auto parts store for the past 5 years even though Pep Boys are closer

Amazing experience! My car wouldn't start without a jump and I drove to 2 other places before I was finally sent me here. At the 1 place I was told my alternator was done, the other said my battery was as dead as a doornail. When I finally got here, not only were they able to figure out the problem, they were able to help me save some $$ which is always a bonus. Really made the crazy situation I was in worth it. Shout out to Chris, I mean, Kevin!

My boyfriend and I stopped in when my check engine light when off. We were greeted promptly by Wayne who was AMAZING. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

We were thoroughly satisfied with OAPs: very helpful and friendly staff, no wait for service. I was able to get touch-up paint for my 15 year old car. I will definitely recommend OAP.

I got stuck in the parking lot of the gym next door and went in hoping they could at least tell me what was wrong, even if they couldn't help me fix the problem, since they're not mechanics. Stan came out and not only figured out the problem, he fixed it, which also happened to fix an ongoing issue that a mechanic told me would take $700 just to diagnose. I will definitely be buying all my auto parts at this location from now on.
